After a tortuous journey from Rohet we arrived at lunch time at this gorgeous little fort which is still owned by the family who built it in the 1680s. It has just eight guest suites. Ours was of good quality and quantity with five separate...More

What a contrast to the rather colourless hotel rooms you may have experienced (think Imperial Delhi or Oberoi Agra ). However what you will get is as close as is possible to an old Mughal fort converted to a very comfortable home you are allowed...More

Fort Barli, on our way to Jaipur from Narlai did overnight stop which turned to be a lifetime experience staying in a heritage hotel located in the center of village. Evening village safari is perfect to see the culture and colours of Rajasthan.

From memory, all the rooms were different. Ours had a bath, I think we were given a suite where a child and nanny slept. I am sure the owner will be able to help you when you book, he was very helpful.
