This is a working vineyard with friendly and personable owners. A beautiful location with residence and winery facility built recently (2006-2008 timeframe). Joe and Liz provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, wonderful accommodations and a delicious dinner (for an extra charge) and breakfast before departing to tour Carcassonne. A short tour of the winery facility and vineyards was fun too....

Fabulous views across vineyards from our room with balcony - offered glass of wine and refills whilst settling in - fantastic hosts and vineyard informative tour. Also stayed for dinner by arrangement and what a feast that was with accompanying wines - a truely personal feel and highlight of trip.

Just spent two magical nights with our hosts Joe and Liz, owners of this incredible vineyard and 'B&B'. In just 48 hours we have been made to feel like family. The wine, the food, the hospitality, the whole kit and kaboodle has been off the scale. Do yourself a favour - book your Ryanair flights to Carcassonne, 20 mins from...

I've been to lots of wine tastings but Tom's hosting, generosity (of wine!) and the beautiful scenery makes this something special. I was reluctant initially due to the price, especially as you can taste lots of wine at lots of vineyards in this region for free; but our 1hr tour turned into a 3hr trip, lots of wine drunk, managed...

One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed in. Liz and Joe sparkle their magic on a truly unique visit. Greeted with smiles and wine, embraced and nourished with the most exquisite food (Liz cooks wonderful haute cuisine with heart). Whatever I write will not be able to accurately describe how wonderful this part of our holiday has...

Another fabulous stay with Liz and Joe at their superb vineyard in scorchingly hot Carcassonne. With a welcome as warm as the sunshine, it was a perfect stay from start to finish. We met up with old friends and made new ones, enjoyed delicious gourmet food made by Liz, and superb wine made by Joe. A perfect way to enjoy...

Just returned from a fantastic stay and vineyard tour and still grinning! Liz and Joe absolutely super hosts - made us feel at home and part of the family. The tour and wine tasting was the best that I've ever experienced - totally without the pretentious bull**** that can sadly be experienced elsewhere. The down to earth honesty spoken throughout...

Unbelievably gracious hosts, beautiful views, large and comfortable rooms, very very good food and wine. That just about sums it up. Our two night stay included Joe's wine tour and tasting - really fun, informative and tasty! Plus Liz's wonderful meals and their delightful company. We all agreed that we had luckily found a true highlight of our trip and...
