It's a working farm, run by nice people. There is some untidyness to be expected, we didn't anticipate broken down chairs. The breakfasts were adequate, but not exceptional. We stayed in the California Room, which has gigantic windows and a gorgeous view to the north, but little ventilation--hence, it got pretty warm in late July. No complaints on the water... More

This was an awesome experience !! The animals are all so cure. We got to feed the Alpaca's, talk to the horses and then play with the goats. They also had some baby ducks (about 4weeks old) they were so much fun to visit. Their mother had died and they imprinted on one of the guys that work there. We... More

The info on this B&B reads like it is an active farm as well as a B&B. However don't go there expecting to see herds of milk cows being surge milked in rows of gleaming stalls or tractors pulling plows or balers reaping the summer hay. The main interest here seems to be the B&B which supports, financially, the rehabilitation... More

Last week we spent two days at States Inn & Ranch. We stayed in the SouthWest Suite with another couple. The rooms were comfortable and there was a spacious sitting room with a microwave and a fridge. Jessica was an excellent hostess. She was friendly, helpful and served a wonderful breakfast with farm-fresh eggs and cream. She made a picnic... More

Jessica was such an awesome host and the food, facilities, and atmosphere were A plus! If I ever go back to San Juan, I will definately want to stay here. This was our first experience with a B & B and I have to say, it was a good one. My sister Luree and I were on a mini vacation... More

It has taken a long time for me to write this, not due to lack of time. but difficulty in reviewing. It is obvious that the host of this establishment takes time to reply to reviews, I just wish they took the same time with the state of the establishment, perhaps they would raise the bar a little. Yes it... More

I've stayed here twice over the past few years and I love it! The food is great and the area is beautiful. Go to the British camp, it is really nice.

My husband and I recently stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our time. Jessica is a wonderful host and bent over backwards to make everyone feel at home and to provide what they needed. For example, she offered two of their lawn chairs to us to take to the state park to view whales and to use at the... More

We stayed in the Southwest suite and had two bedrooms and a living room with a pullout couch, so there was room for our family of five and even some privacy for my husband and me. The breakfasts were really fresh and wonderful, helping to make the extra cost of a bed and breakfast a good value. We got good... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our California room was beautiful with huge windows you could look out over the valley and see stars thru at night. The picture online for that room didn't do it justice. The breakfast was wonderful. The have horses and alpacas and other animals on the... More
