I stayed here for two weeks in May 2016 for work. The place is falling to bits, the staff are not helpful, pleasant or friendly. I felt like an intruder if anything! I could not use my bath as it was so filthy, the wardrobes doors were broken and the sheets had stains and holes in them. The food was... More

Hotel infrastructure (esp. plumbing - hot & cold water) apparently has been poor for some time and has not yet improved, but there are also positives to remark: breakfast is now good with large variety (they must have read these reviews), beds are comfortable and I did not experience excessive noise issues. Location is still great for BA's northern suburbs... More

Spent one night with my wife after a birthday party in the Vicente Lopez neighborhood The double bedroom was OK but the unacceptable happened the following morning when there was no hot water to take a shower. Very upset I claimed at the front desk about this problem in our room 208 and they told us that the reason is... More

Unfortunately I got problems with check in reservation and room. Answer from staff looking for solutions are standards and you feel lost. Asking for items in the menu the restaurant don't have it. You need to eat only what they have available on the night. Avoid if possible. Too expensive to this kind of service.

When I first got to this hotel, I thought it was a pretty nice place. Quiet, clean, and with good vibes. Then I saw what looked like a coffee stain on the floor of my room. I wasn't worried about that at first, but then other things started piling up, one by one. The accumulation of inconveniences and lackluster qualities... More

If there is ever a hotel deserving a single star rating, this is it. The list of things wrong with this hotel is so large, it's easier to start with what's good. What's good is that WiFi, even though it's excruciatingly slow and unreliable, is free. Having exhausted the positive points of this hotel, on to the less flattering aspects.... More

If you are looking for a hotel in this specific region of BA - you probably cannot avoid staying at the Ramada unless you fancy staying at some of the 'different kind' of hotels made for couples. However, do realize that by making this decision you could be saving yourself 15 minutes of taxi driving, but an infinite time of... More

Loved it. Beautiful room, great food & service! Clean & modern. Good location for my business travel. I had a corner room on a floor where the spa was located, very quiet and accessible no long walk from an elevator.

The only reason why I do not put Horrible in my description is because the staff was very kind and helfull. The room service responded well and the prices for that were logical. The beds are comfortable too. Now, our first room was a complete disaster. Fortunatelly, for the second night the staff moved us to another room. The rooms... More

Ramada is usually a good chain to stay at and a safe bet..BUT this is not the case. The hotel is in Northen Suburbs of Buenos Aires....not much there to see or do. So the only reason you would stay here is because of Business meeting nearby....eitherwise stay away... The rooms are ok..but they have been cheaply done. Breakfast is... More
