Not a good start, wife had accident,the the staff were outstanding with doctors, hospital,transport,they took care of everything could not thank them enough,especially assist manager AVISEN, the man is a star, he even arranged for us to go to sister hotel across the island,all inclusive, had a brilliant time. Food great, even the pancakes at 1600 delicious, lots of small islands around you can visit for the day, boat drop off and pick you up at your convenience, tell staff the night before you go on trip and they will do you a beautiful pack lunch before you go. We will definitely be going back 👍

If you need a relaxing holiday away with a beach at your doorstep Laguna beach resort and spa is amazing. The staff such as Kseniya and reps are so friendly and always want to show you a good time. Whether it’s to get you involved in a foam party or Karaoke! Perfect for a trip to enjoy the views and the weather. There is plenty to do if you want to get involved in excursions also! Also definetely recommend the spa and having a Turkish bath.

The Laguna Beach hotel is a surprise find at the end of a road that keeps you guessing. The all inclusive deal is well worth it and our room was spacious and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach. The pool is magnificent but the beach swimming and snorkeling are below par. The staff are mostly friendly with the exception of the housekeeping staff who are a cut above the rest. They made us feel welcome and gave us a surprise when they decorated our bed with beautiful flowers and garden cuttings. The food could have been more creative when it comes to breakfast and the coffee is well below average. We enjoyed the abundance of seafood available for lunch and dinner. The music after dinner could be managed much better so people are encouraged to linger and dance. The DJ was terrible. All in all a reasonable stay in a three star hotel.…

First of all..very warm welcome from all the team of laguna beach hotel&spa..they accompanied us throughout our visit in the hotel. The bar service was amazing and the facilities are awesome!!!! all the hotel staffs shows amazing communication skills and their courtesy is one of a kind...and i must also say that...if your looking for a subtle and amazing place for your vacation stay...then this hotel will be your holiday paradise!!!! The buffet that they offer over there...is awesome and the cooking team is at there best....very friendly approach of the entire staff towards clients!!!! i will definetly be coming back at the hotel....because of their hospitality skills also....highly reccommended hotel to visit and stay.....their prices for the rooms are very affordable and their service is impeccable...with no complaints!!!!!! A big thanks also to nabeel and his entire bartending team for such wonderful drinks they offered to me and my family.....the best gift my mother got for her birthday!!!! thanks ince again the whole team of laguna beach hotel&spa....a big thanks to the reception team, bartending team, cooking team, housekeeping team and also a big thanks to the F&B team!!!!! We had a very good time with my family and celebrated my birthday here... All staffs were very helpful and friendly which made us more at ease... We have been to hotels where mauritians are not soo welcomed... Thx a million guys for making my birthday soo special... Hotel has an awsome view... Pool were soo nice, even my kids enjoyed in the small kids pool, she didnt wanted to come out... Rooms were nice... Foods were very delicious at all time... We will be back very soon...
