Stunning location, very comfortable room, great food. Unfortunately rather let down by somewhat chaotic restaurant/bar service. Staff were lovely but a bit disorganised. We enjoyed our stay but there’s some room for improvement. Saying that, would definitely stay here again to enjoy some more of the lovely walks.

We celebrated our wedding in Aherlow House Hotel. And we just loved every minute of it. We stayed the night before in the lodges and they are fab so cosy well equipped I would highly recommend these for a family break. The food in the hotel was beautiful and all of the staff go above and beyond. Can't wait for our next visit.

Excellent food in a nice location. Good menu with lots of choices for adults and children. There ate lots of walks and more to do around the hotel. Highly Recommended for food and drinks with quality food and a big choice as already said. Our visit was mid werk in July and it was busy

We went to Aherlow for an engagement party & afternoon tea. It was outstanding, beautiful private room and gorgeous set up. Staff were really lovely. Afternoon tea was amazing and so was the Prosecco! Sinead was lovely and another gentleman in a suit that served us was also great, all the staff were great actually! Thank you 💛

Just returned from scenic trip to Ireland - among some great scenic views we will remember (Wicklow district, Killarney area, Moher cliffs etc) I must say we faced some issues & disappointments with Ireland hotels/B&B's, we found those of lower level than the standards we used to in Europe... (all though well searched and confirmed ahead based of photo's & reviews) - stayed at the Aherlow hotel 1 night only during our 'rolling' family trip (couple & 2 mature daughters) - to start with, its location was kind of compromise as most other places along our route were fully booked - the place is 'unique' with its wood surroundings, however its quite 'isolated' so require 'special' access that force you bit away... rooms were large, but certainly outdated, no air-condition which force you to open windows for some fresh air - one of the rooms windows was stuck and staff were not able to fix it, so we were moved to other, but window of that one (on back side) faced wood uphill with literally 'free access' from outside to the window (while open) some would find it discomfort... Room facilities were OK, breakfast was 'full Irish' with no real choice of either cheese/vegetables/fresh breads/bakery for people who don't like Irish food... hotel isolated location result with no other food options nearby (weak point) - staff were nice and tried to help with all issues, which somehow improved general atmosphere :-) Stay was OK, but we would asvise you to look for other better options...

We had our wedding here and the staff and facilities are excellent. We had 120 guests and most stayed extra days because they loved it here. Best wedding ever we kept hearing and it really was thanks to Eve, Sinead Ryan, Adam, Alex and Aherlow.

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful location with stunning views, its as if you are in the Swiss Alps. Good satisfactory rooms with all the basics. If the rooms were to be modernised, you would have a really fantastic getaway hotel. Nice walking trails on property and near by. Tasty food in the bar, great old portion sizes at a very reasonable price. Well worth a visit for lunch or dinner alone. Will definitely be returning
