Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here in September and what a clean tidy site. George worked all day and making sure everything was OK. Pitches had water and EHU's a few slope but mostly level. Close to Tipperary and a good place for walking to the pub which had a Information place at the rear. Fantastic views of the mountains from your pitch. The only thing that lets it down was to size of the pitches a bit to small

What a fantastic site. Amenities spotless, grounds perfect, views to die for (metaphorically) attention to detail faultless. All well worth the narrow approach road. which, wasn't an issue really as, being quite high up in a moho cab, tended to give a decent view. Glen of Aherlow Hotel, 30 minute walk..also terrific.

Lovely little campsite in beautiful setting with mountain views and good walking options. Quiet and low-key site, very clean and well-kept. Showers free and no annoying timer/button to keep pressing! George & Rosaline are very welcoming and helpful, would definitely recommend.

A site for Motorum in a rural environment and in the wild Aharlo valley. The building where the general services are concentrated is clean and pleasant, a convenient and spacious location that allows privacy for all. The view of the valley and the mountains reflected from everywhere in the camping site expands the heart. The owners of the place George and Rosalin are pleasant people and it is obvious that the place is dear to them and that they invest in it for the benefit of the guests. We stayed with A feeling of magic

We are just completing our 4th holiday in this European Award Winning Site. Nestled in the Glen of Aherlow, looking across to the Galtee Mountains, this exceptionally manicured site is a haven we return to at least twice a year. Spacious pitches, with EHU and water; spotlessly clean shower block; kitchen and laundry facilities; TV room; Table Tennis and pool table. Great base for many forest and mountain trails and peaceful - really peaceful! The owners George and Rosaline couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend and definitely 5* from us. Very accommodating owners, waiting for me and let me check in even though I was late for closing time!! Facilities are spotless, lovely quiet vibe to the place with lots of campers mixing and chilling out together. Ideal spot for camping and hiking the beautiful Galteemore mountain. Came here for a few days and it’s a beautiful site, plenty of space, spotless and quite. From the minute I arrived staff were extremely helpful. There’s a recreation room and there are facilities to cook and eat indoors if the weather is bad, which thankfully didn’t happen.

We were booked for three nights but due to the expected heatwave on our day of departure we stayed another night. The owners were very happy to accommodate us for the additional night. This is a beautiful site which caters for all. The amenities are of a very high standard and kept clean at all times. We already have the site on next year's list of stop-offs!
