Nice place, quite convenient parking area, excellent beach and sea, relaxing environment. That’s about it. Although the personnel is friendly and kind, many things definitely have to be improved for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast had many options, but not tasty. Orange juice could be fresh! The breakfast staff has to be briefed again on how to prepare the tables. In one breakfast area, you could find glasses, napkins and sugar base. In the other breakfast area, these were absent from the tables and we had to ask the personnel to bring them to us. Our room was simply OK, the garden and the small terrace in front need care and cleaning. Cleaning is a big problem. There is only ONE lady for too many rooms, trying to do everything. Unacceptable! Especially in a COVID period where cleaning must be a No 1 priority! Same thing for the beach. One lady for a whole area of almost 200 people, who also was preparing the orders!! We have ordered 1 coffee and water and we received our order with one hour delay! We are very disappointed since we did not receive during our staying the services that we expected. PS. I would advise the hotel’s management to redesign and INVEST to provide services adequate to a 5 star hotel. We are in 2021.

Food: very bad for a 5stars hotel / it’s a self service, with very fat food, and no choice at all, and no choice variation. Not healthy and not tasty food. Lot of extra cost: good coffee, beach seats, water, what should normally be included in a 5 stars hotel/service The beach is great Lot of pools Not too much people which is great to enjoy as well No animation or nothing to do during evening at the hotel, which should be the case / no outside bar where people could meet Spa is closed !... Rooms are clean and alright Hotel should propose more water / sport activities (sailing, beach volley, etc..) Most of outside hotel activities are quiet expensive if you don’t do it from yourself Employees are professional PCR Test: 45€/person Great we had a good price offer (900€/person with flight tickets for 10days/9nights)

Huge beachfront setting, nice beach, lots of room to spread, nice bars and restaurants, elegant lobby. Very attentive staff. Great breakfast. Dinner buffet was good value. Room balcony views of beach and Mt. Olympus were fantastic. Room and bathroom were generally ok, but could use a bit of a luxury upgrade to earn true 5-star rating.

We are still in the Hotel. Room 1411. the view is incredible Nice. We are near the Beach. The Bungalow Hotel is very nice and very clean. Very friendly Personal. Due to Corona, the breakfast and Dinner is Served. You can go to the buffet and say what you would like to eat. You find Many Chairs and umbrellas for Free in the Beach. The Beach, the air and the nature, maked you feel like in Paradise. Every Morning they desinfect the Chairs and the rest. You can have lunch a la carte. Not too Many Choice but you have a Wonderful seeview that you don’t Need too much Food. Greek salad is Our favorit Food for lunch. The fresh orange juice is Sweet and tasty. We will come back for sure. It is better to Rent a car before you arrive to the Airport. From there is 1 Hour and 20 minutes. 2 km from the Hotel, there is a town Named Katerini. You will war there the real Greak Food. It is extremely cheap. The Shops Are very cheap . Don’t Forget to use your Mask.
