The view is magnificent over nature! The environment is calm, and the residence is very well secured with a coded gate to enter with the car! Malendure beach is just below the accommodation, with activities, bars and restaurants offering local specialties!! I was able to go to Pigeon Island (a paradise island!) by renting a canoe and a mask/snorkel from Caraibe kayak (a fantastic team!!!).
The host is warm, attentive and full of kindness, he is full of advice, particularly on activities to do!
The accommodation is clean and well equipped!

We stayed for 15 days with Hugues
The lodges are functional and well placed in relation to surrounding excursions.
Always attentive to the slightest PB.

We had a little bit of problem to find the place in the dark, but when we finally arrived everything was great! Hughes, the owner, welcomed us already in the garden and quickly explained us everything we needed to know. The apartment was very spacious and clean and was equipped with all you need for a relaxed holiday. There's a little pool in the garden and the closest supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. You can even use the washing machine for free if you stay here for longer. There is always a nice breeze so you don't really need the air conditioning. The views from the balcony are breath taking. One direction you see the mountains with the rain forest, the other direction you can see the sea with all the little boats. Couleur Caraïbes is the right place if you want to explore Basse Terre and even Grand Terre is in easy reach!
Hughes is an exceptional host who is always happy to help if you have questions or a problem.
We hope we will visit Guadeloupe again and without a doubt we will stay at Couleur Caraïbes if possible!

Nice cottage itself, but the swimming pool is really small compared to the photos.
It's true that we are in Malendure, the view is magnificent but you absolutely need a car, the only downside is the road exit is scary.
Also, I hope they will improve on cleanliness because we had marks on the pillow, this will not prevent you from having a good vacation in boiling water.
But you can go
