We stayed at the Zion Lodge in Zion Nat. Park. The room was clean and comfortable and a little bit rustic in a way. Very nice place. We ate at the restaurant a short walk from the lodge rooms and the food was great with...More
I stayed at the lodge for one evening as I thought it would be a nice addition to the trip to Zion. I had cabin 508. The room drastically needed an update. There was mold growing on the window sill by the shower. And how...More
The view from the dining room is absolutely magnificent... breakfast was delicious, and enjoying it while watching the sunrise in Zion Canyon was fabulous. The location of the lodge is perfect; convenient to all trail heads, yet still nestled in a quiet haven. The rooms...More
Needless to say, the location is magnificent and the ambience in the lodge is perfect. The room was large and clean and the view nothing less than spectacular. The food in the restaurant was good and the gift shop had just the things I needed.

If you stay overnight at the zion lodge, its restaurant is the only place open in the evening. The lodge, its restaurant, the cabins, a small gift shop, and a cafe type eatery (which is not open late) are the only buildings in the valley. Daytime you can pick up sandwiches to put in your room fridge for evening. The restaurant was not packed when we were there, because the only people there in the evening are those sleeping in the cabins or lodge. If you are not staying over night, you have to leave by around 7pm because the trams stop running and daytripper cars are not allowed in.
