The actual cabins are clean, spacious and comfortable beds. We had a king cabin that has a table and chairs and small love seat. There were lamps on each of the night stands on either side of the bed, but no lighting at all over the table or love seat which made them unusable after dark. The picnic tables outside...

The setting in the Olympic mountains is stunning, the natural mineral hot springs are wonderful, and the large fresh water pool is refreshing and clean. Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort has all the elements of being a truly great vacation retreat BUT they fall short in so many ways. The resort is run by Aramark under contract with the US...

Pretty standard but serviceable. Lighter than other cabins we've stayed in and decent bath and bed. Saw deer outside early in the morning, and good trail nearby up to Mink Lake. Nice swing chair outside and balcony. But slightly uninspiring start to our holiday ...

If you are like me and ... so OVER Camping... then this is an alternate. However, you must pay for it. For the price they should have it thoroughly clean for the next user. BUT, we spent most of our time outdoors... hiking, biking, fishing, star gazing and of course the HOT SPRINGS! We ate the restaurant one night... but...

We stayed here for our stay in Olympic National park in late August. It was a weekend stay and we stayed in one of the cabins. It was a very nice cabin, which is super clean and quite spacious. We had a nice swing outside the cabin to relax on. The staff was very friendly and went out of their...

We recently stayed at the resort for a couple of nights and our experience with the staff there was terrible. We're a family of 5 and we booked our reservation in April, reserving a cabin big enough for the whole family. When we checked in, they gave us a cabin that was barely large enough for 4, despite the fact...

We absolutely LOVE this resort!!! We have stayed in the River Suite for two years now. It wasn't available when we wanted it this year so we stayed in the cabins. The grandkids love it so much that we have made it an annual get a way while they are here. I would highly recommend this place but book early!!!!!!

We had come through on our honeymoon and we had reserved a cabin for two evenings. We showed up with the intention of setting our stuff down and driving back out to a ridge to watch the sunset. We picked up our keys, got to the cabin, and realized that it had not been cleaned from the last visitor. We...

Like always, with anyplace else in this area, arrive as early as possible. We were staying near by and decided to check this out, since we still had our receipt for Olympic National Park (oh yes, you have to pay not only to get access to the springs, but also to get into the park - double whammy). We got...

This is the third National Park our family has visited over the past 5 years, and, by far the worst. While I am aware that many of the parks are a bit long in the tooth or rustic, these things never bother me. They are part of the experience. Unfortunately, Sol Duc just doesn't have any real experience at all....
