Went to the desk at 11am asking when check in was. I was told at 3pm but come at 1pm and they could try. Came back at 1pm to a rude guy that told me checking was a 3pm. When to go see sights, no parking, no cell service, no easy places to grab a bite. Came back at 3:30...

The rooms were wonderful, I met a staff member named Mr. T. Parker, he was so helpful and generous, he made sure the staff that clean our room keep us happy with clean towels. He said, "at Yavapai the customer is always right because we want you to visit us again!" He had the biggest smile in which I will...

I was a little nervous about the accommodations because the rooms have cinder block walls and they are clearly old structures. Wrong! The rooms are super nice, excellent bedding, new furniture, and lovely bathrooms. Highly recommend staying here. Had plenty of room in our room for our baby's pack-n-play, not to mention a week's worth of clothing for four people.

If you are visiting the Grand Canyon, this is a wonderful place to stay. It is within walking distance to the bus stop and main lodge. The rooms are cute for "glamping" glamorous camping and most importantly, they were clean! I liked staying here would stay again!

We are a family of five and most of our bookings have been one room for us and another for our kids. This time I decided to book the Yavapai East Double Queen family room as it looked perfect. For a moderate price the accommodation was excellent, breakfast was included for all of us - more than we could finish...

We stayed here with our two dogs. The room was super clean and the bed comfortable. Lots of outdoor places to walk the pups. Convenient location just minutes away from the general store and restaurant. Great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with your pups!

We stayed in the cabins iand they were clean and comfortable. Even without AC the room cooled off really nice! This trip was our Honeymoon road trip across America and only had time to stop overnight in most places and would have loved to stay longer. The restaurant was really good and the gift shop had really beautiful items. It...

This lodge is off-site from the Grand Canyon village (about 2 miles) but with easy parking and walking distance to the ONLY general store in the park. The Grand Canyon Village has plenty of hotels/restaurants but no grocery store. I think this is big plus for the convenience. The room is much larger compare to the Thunderbird lodge. There is...

Amazing place. Nice room as well! And it's just next to the Grand Canyon, just perfect! The food available was't amazing but good enough for one day! The people at the reception were really friendly and helped us prepare our trips. There is a free bus that takes people to the grand canyon every 15 min. We really enjoyed our...

This hotel was great; just stayed one night. Clean and nice, calming colors to match the outdoors. Love that they focus on conservation--recycling, water and resource conservation, etc. A bit overpriced, perhaps, for accommodations but nice. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Main complaint was that our room was first one next to hallway entrance, so a lot of traffic noise, some...
