We only stayed here for one night, but I wish it would have been a week. We had our room in the main lodge, 2nd floor, overlooking the lake. The lobby is just awesome with mounted animals and an open fireplace - wow I could...More

Sorry for delay replying. I would not just show up and try to get a room at Lake McDonald, cool place to even visit though. Columbia Falls and Whitefish are fairly close to the park. I would also book ahead for those.
