Stayed there 2 nights in August with a large RV. Large plots spaced apart. Some shade. Restrooms and water (not for filling the RV) available. Have seen a bear very near to the camp, near the creek. Reserved well in advance including the bus tickets.

We loved this campground. You are surrounded by nature but have many luxuries still such as water, a toilet, a fire ring, picnic table, nightly, ranger talks, and your vehicle if you so choose (and stay the necessary number of days). In staying here, you...More

We enjoyed the peace and beauty of the campground and the surrounding trails. We stayed 4 nights but wish we had stayed longer. The campground is next to the river where we found wolf, caribou, lynx and moose prints. Amazing.
