We spent a great deal of time trying to decide the best way to experience Denali when we were planning our trip. After reading MANY reviews on Camp Denali we were convinced it was the way to go .. and it was! We stayed in the park for 3 nights ... anything less would have been a waste. The best...

Camp Denali is not for everyone, but for those that is IS for, it's perfect. 90 miles into the interior of Denali National Park, guests sleep in individual cabins well-spaced with wonderful privacy. Each Cabin has a view of Denali (or Mount McKinley) on a clear day and a personal outhouse for night needs. (During the day/meals etc, regular bathroom...

We stayed at Camp Denali for the closing week this year. It was just wonderful. The staff is so great. The food is amazing. The view from our cabin was so pretty! Denali was right out our front door. We met some really nice folks and because of the group dinners we really made some new friends. Our outings were...

Camp Denali exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was amazing - healthy and plentiful. Those with special dietary needs were well taken care of. I loved the clothes pin name tags that were located in a different seat at each meal so that we got to know a little about different folks staying there. The cabins are great....

I'm not sure what I can say that hasn't already been written, bit I'll try. This experience was one of the best vacations I have ever had, and I've traveled a lot. Every staff member here couldn't be more friendly or go out of their way to take care of you. We lucked out as the weather was perfect and...

We stayed here in August during the height of the fall colors--it was stunning. The views are amazing. We only had one really clear day---that is all you really need. You really can see Denali from the outhouse windows. The lodge itself is nice. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thought the food was very good....

Just go here. There is no place else to stay with this view. I am not a fan of the outhouse, but it came with and amazing view and a great overall experience. Denali is to be seen like this. Perfect hosts and staff. Food amazing and attention to detail outstanding. Wonderful!!

We've been here before and have been chomping at the bit to come back! Camp Denali, while costly, is worth every cent! Awesome setting, staff, food, and fellow guests! You'll meet lots of interesting staff members and fellow guests at Camp Denali . . . writers, artists, university faculty, retirees, etc. Guests included a mix of couples, individuals there on...

Wilderness as it should be! The ride to the Camp was spectacular. Saw a male Brown Bear try to kill two cubs, and Mama Bear fend him off. More bears, mountain goats, caribou, and more, and that was only the ride to the Camp. Our log cabin with wood stove and propane lanterns was charming and cozy; more than adequate...

This was our second visit to Camp Denali. What a wonderful place. The cabins are best described as "rustic". Ours had a comfortable bed, propane lights and a wood stove. The wood box was filled daily. They say that they maintain their outhouses and they do. How they keep them from smelling is a mystery but they do. Of course...
