We (4 adults and one child) stayed a night at Furnace Creek Ranch. We were happy with the rooms - comfortable with a cute balcony with table and chairs. The amenities were good - pool, tennis courts, pony rides. When we arrived we found out there was going to be a barbeque. At £27 per adult, about 50% too expensive....

We stayed here as part of a road trip we found the staff to be really friendly and helpfull at the ranch yes the buildings are old but if you bother reading the Information you will find that they are the old miners dwellings from the eighteen hundreds!,cool, The food is good if a little pricey but hey you're in...

Imagine a really nice resort hotel hundreds of miles from anywhere. The Furnace Creek Inn is a true traveler's oasis. Pleasant, helpful service, nice rooms, a beautiful pool and attractive garden in the middle of the desolation that is Death Valley. We also ate three evening meals and three breakfasts in the dining room. The food and service were first-rate....

We stayed at Furnace Creek Ranch and it was very very good. The room was very nice, clean, and each room had a cute deck. This is a national park, so the things were very pricey. The village with all de restaurants, museum, visitor center is very beautiful and the pool is refreshing :) We had a wonderful and fantastic...

Have stayed here before and in Furnace Creek many times. Facilities are being upgraded. One story deluxe rooms facing the pool are best. Room is standard two queen beds - not squeaky clean but adequate. Gets very hot after April, pool area has been upgraded and is excellent but busy, lots of kids. Hiking, cycling and sightseeing are close.

We booked the hotel while on the road, the day before we arrived. We struggled over whether to book the Inn or the Ranch and finally decided on the ranch given it was half the price. The two properties are about 1km away from one another; the Inn is a formal hotel while the ranch is more like a motor...

We spent 2 nights at the Ranch in April. This is a fantastic wild west style hotel with 3 on site restaurants and a store. The pool is good and there are tennis courts and a decent golf course. The rooms are large and well renovated and all have balconies with rocking chairs. The food and drink on site is...

We spent 4 nights at the Ranch, in a first floor room across the lawn from the pool, and were very pleased with the accommodations there. We were three couples with rooms near one another, and enjoyed the little patio with rocking chairs as a place to convene before dinner, and as a lovely spot to drink our morning coffee....

An oasis in the desert. We stayed at the Inn. Beautiful grounds, pool, and building. Yeah it's remote, but at this price it should be better run. The service doesn't match the price, or the beauty of the property. My major gripe is the pool they hype --- warm spring fed beautiful pool with a bar/snack bar. The pool is...

We spent three nights at the Inn, exploring DVNP. Awesome location close to everything you will want to see. A historic hotel, so somewhat funky, but well-kept, clean and a gorgeous pool. We don't even like swimming but after hiking in the heat, we headed right for the pool. Not crowded at all in mid-April, so very refreshing. The other...
