Okay, just got back from my first trip to Bryce (October 20-22, 2016). No reservations and when we got there around 9, there were tons of available sites...we visited North Campground first and then settled on Sunset because the sites were less sloped. I don't know if it's the campground hosts doing all the work, but wow was this well-kept....

I tent camped at Sunset Campground at the end of August solo, and felt perfectly safe as a single traveler. It was very convenient to be able to reserve a spot in advance because I was arriving in the early evening. It was perfect camping weather at Bryce Canyon- warm days (70s) and cool nights (40s). It was a pretty...

We struggled to find availability for this campsite and after staying we realised why – it was fabulous! We only regret we couldn’t stay more than 2 nights. The campsite was managed wonderfully – we received all the relevant information so it was easy to find our spot even though we arrived late in the evening. We had a very...

We stayed at Sunset campground for two nights visiting Bryce Canyon. The campground was nice with clean restrooms and sinks to wash dishes. Showers and Laundry were available at the General Store. Campground is not exactly beautiful in itself the Bryce Canyon is gorgeous with very interesting geologic formations etc. Definitely worth the visit.

Really??? $30 per night for no facilities and no showers, on top of the $30 entrance fee to the park? Ok...the restrooms were clean and so was the campground. Location was good and it was quiet. However, I've stayed in nicer campgrounds in national parks that were less expensive and had better amenities. Camp hosts were extremely friendly and helpful....

I would give 5 stars but while there I saw a garbage truck take the separated garbage/glass/cardboard etc and proceed to dump them all into one GARBAGE truck. It seems they are making a show of recycling but not actually doing their part. Sept 12th around 3 in the afternoon it was a blue garbage truck

I camped in Loop B (255) right by the road, so it was a bit dusty. Restrooms were clean and close by, though it was a pain to take trash all the way down to dumpsters at the camp entrance. Showers (using quarters or dollar coins) are available at the General Store (follow signs to the lodge and then you'll...

We had a near-perfect campsite on the B-Loop of Sunset Campground, #253. The site was large, near the bathroom and had plenty of shade and a breeze! We didn’t have as much privacy as I like at a campground, but we had friendly courteous neighbors who enhanced the experience… minus the two guys I caught “showering” in the dishwashing area....

Each site has a picnic table and fire pit with cooking grate. Bring your own firewood as gathering wood is not permitted. There are several bathrooms with flush toilets and fresh water. Lots of trees provide good shade and shelter. Sites are fairly close together, so you'll likely have close neighbors. If you need them, showers are located at the...

We spent two nights here. There were enough trees to provide some shade and a breeze to cool us down and whip up the dust. The bathrooms were clean with nice dish washing facilities. The shuttle stop was at the entrance to the campground. The viewpoint was just a 10 minute walk across the road, down a trail. We booked...
