My boyfriend and I booked this hotel upon good feedback from friends. We booked the LP Alexandra Versace room. We originally booked to dine at the hotel but given bad reviews we decided to have lunch before driving up to the hotel from Essex. Upon arrival it really did feel like we was away as the location is so different...

Lovely room we had the billicart everything was spot on apart from the toilet ... it looked like someone had thrown up down it and someone forgot to clean the toilet , everything else in the room was perfect just that little bit of cleaning let it down , the food was a set menu that was great I'd advise...

An absolutely wonderful stay for my girlfriend and I. We stayed in the Dom Perignon Lodge which I would highly recommend. We were overjoyed by the room and it's surroundings. As a Valentines Special, we were treated with Lunch and Breakfast included (Both meals were scrumptious!). Complimentary chocolates and champagne were also gifted to us (A wonderful touch). The best...

Have to admit on reflection I have no idea of costing, as this was an overnight works Christmas do for a group of us. We had the Pol Roger room, which was very luxurious & white, very calming. Beautiful bottle of champers in the room, lovely hot tub. We had an awesome meal. Thai crab cakes followed by the chateau...

My partner and I treated ourselves to a night away last year, paying £350 for the privilege to stay in one of the lodges. On first glance, the very large room was mighty impressive. Was pleased with the jacuzzi bath, hot tub in the garden, lovely looked decor. Again I say on first glance. When we got settled into the...

Quirky interior. Would love to see hotel rooms. Great food and very friendly service. Would recommend the burgers. Superb 😀 Fantastic champagne menu and good wines. Would be a great venue for an intimate party or family gathering. 2 menus both with good variety. Price range varies but great food for the non a la carte menu.

Stayed here for one night for my boyfriends birthday, we stayed in the pommery room. Room was lovely and clean just like the pictures! We had dinner there also and I had the roast and my boyfriend had the lobster, it was unreal! So tasty! Desert and breakfast in the morning was also 10/10. The owner and his girlfriend are...

This place is really out in the sticks and would make a nice country break for any city dwellers. The decor is a little..... quirky and might not be to everybody's taste but the service and food could not be knocked. There is a cosy bar with a good selection of beer and a nice looking bar menu but I...

My husband and I stayed in the Pol Roger Room last night and were not disappointed, everything from start to finish was amazing, friendly and efficient staff, great bar area which was relaxed and friendly, amazing room with great decor which was spotlessly clean, delicious dinner with attentive and friendly staff and to top it all off a fabulous breakfast...

Booked this place for 1 night as part of my partners birthday, paid quite a lot to be given an average / unfriendly service. Wifi did not work the whole time, the girl who showed us the suite mentioned Jacuzzi was little dodgy and to press certain buttons first etc but to be honest it was a rocket science lesson...
