First of all, a big thank you to the whole team of this Campsite, the maintenance man at the grocery store, the animators for the children, pleasant, kind, friendly and at the service of the holidaymaker.
The property owner is also very friendly, and we see that he puts his heart into keeping a five-star campsite.

We stayed almost two weeks in July 2024, we have the Impression of having had a month of vacation, I think that like any vacationer, this is exactly what we are looking for. That’s why, in August 2024, we went camping for a three-day weekend to please the children.

Our children loved the various animators and animations and vary non-stop from morning to evening.
We have four so to be able to satisfy them, it’s a bit of sport 😅😂, but the animators managed to put stars in the eyes of our children so exceptional.

At the catering level, everything is there, no complaints, whether it is on site or takeaway, it is perfect. The team is top.
The grocery store is also well stocked, and at worst there is a convenience store less than 10 minutes drive from the campsite.

For the pool, whether indoor or outdoor, everything is perfect. The only downside might be the aquatic Things to do organized by the Campsite during the pivotal hours 😅

Mobile home level, five stars ⭐️, nothing is missing! The campsite is made so that we are out of sight, and at the same time, always in Camping mode, the top.

For the garbage, the manager thought about putting the containers outside the campsite, it is a very good idea, no smell, etc. in the campsite.

The campsite is very clean, nothing hangs around, garbage everywhere.

At the washing machine level, we think that for the size of the Campsite, the laundry is much too small. This may be a point to revisit.

To conclude, it is clearly a Campsite for an exceptional family moment, for our children to flourish 300% from beginning to end, and for us parents, we can rest with peace of mind, we think we have found our pied-à-terre for several years, 2 hours from home.

Camping ⭐️‐️‐️‐️‐️

For the past few years, I have stayed in a mobile home in various campsites with my two girls. This site was by far my favourite as it has everything to keep children and adults equally entertained.
The pool is not the largest but the slides are good and that's all that matters to children! The kids club was great, with really varied activities and, generally, the entertainment team made our stay. The program of activities is the best I have seen, with some fitness classes thrown in. The evening entertainment is also varied and of decent quality.
The mezzanine mobile homes are good for large families (I was staying with my sister and her two children this time so we needed the extra space) and the pitches are a good size.
We will definitely come back as we had a great time!

Great, friendly staff, nearly all of who can speak English. There is so much to do on the site, with an extensive programme of activities throughout the day and into the evening. The outdoor pool is great for babies and the kids with slides and water features. 27 degrees outdoors 30 indoors. We expected the pools to be cold, so this was welcome. The restaurant food is decent and what you’d expect from a campsite, but a bit pricey, but so are most places in France. Burger, chips, prawn salad, 2 deserts, aperol spritz and a large leffe was €60. Pizza chips and a goats cheese salad was €24. The majority of placements are chalets, but we booked a serviced pitch for a caravan, £150 for the week, which is a lot cheaper than England these days. The shower block and washing up facilities are well kept, clean, and there are plenty of them. The rubbish and recycling bins are outside of the site over the road which is a bit inconvenient but in a way it’s good as it keeps away flies etc. there’s also a couple of goats on site, tennis courts, a baby play room, kids clubs, bikes and karts for hire. Kids absolutely loved it. Regarding previous reviews of non English speaking entertainment, this didn’t seem to affect any of the English speaking families or kids who were staying this week. They all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Also worth buying your tickets for local attractions (zoo, castles etc) from reception on site - they’re slightly discounted and saves you queuing to buy tickets once you get there. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

With my wife and two children, I enjoyed 7 nights on this excellent campsite. We stayed in a premier cabin with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom for my wife and I. It was well kitted-out and very clean. We were lucky with the quiet location of our cabin on the edge of the site. The staff at the campsite were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They should all be commended for their efforts, especially those running the kids' club which we didn't use, but did observe around the pool and entertainment area. They must be exhausted as they put so much effort and enthusiasim into their work! The pool and other amenities were great. We used the on site restaurant/cafe twice, and were very pleased with our meals. The entertainment was good too. The location of the campsite is ideal for exploring the Loire (we hired bikes and cycled to Chaumont-sur-Loire), for visiting chateaux (we visited Amboise, Chenonceau and Chambord), and for embarking on a day trip or two to Paris (a couple of hours to Gare Montparnasse and straight up the Montparnasse Tower for great views). I would thoroughly recommend this small, but perhaps perfectly formed campsite!

We stayed in one of the Yelloh premium caravans with air conditioning. By paying a little extra we were able to choose pitch 609 which meant that we were on the outskirts of the campsite which was probably one of the quieter locations.

We were very grateful to Yelloh as this booking had been made for a previous year and we had been able to move it to this year without any problems.

The kids enjoyed the pools and slides on site and the inflatable waterslide was an extra bonus which we weren't expecting.

We didn't really get involved in kids club and the entertainment as our kids weren't bothered but we did enjoy using the table tennis tables (take your own bats etc).

We were very pleased with the quality of our caravan.

The location needed a car but we soon got used to the drive to do day trips out. Zoo de Beauval was less than an hour's drive and was a very good, full day out.

We are a family, mother, father, 2 year old twins and a 5 year old son. These are our comments during the stay at camping parc du val de loire (yelloh village) from 31/07/2023 to 07/08/2023.

Please note, your 5-year-old child is not allowed to participate in the kids club on Friday if he or she cannot stay up until 8 p.m. (because then there is a show with a very strict choreography - a real camping feeling).

2 year old children can lock themselves in the toilet

You pay almost 2000 EUR for a house for 6 people and YET you have to pay extra for a 2nd cot and high chair! This is absurd on a child-friendly campsite.

We have 2 showers in our house, both stink like hell.

The terrace of the house is slippery when it rains on the green deposits. Our children have already hurt themselves very badly when slipping.

When it rains on the house at night, your family doesn't sleep a wink. The slightest drop sounds like a bullet hitting the metal roof.

This was supposed to be a wonderful trip at a 5-star campsite, but it turned out really terribly.

Campsite ideally located to visit the Loire: its castles (Chaumont, Amboise, Clos Lucé, Chenonceau,...), we took advantage of a day to do the Futuroscope (1h15 drive) and another to visit Beauval.
Staff at the top: whether for the reception, small repairs of the daily life, maintenance of the campsite... the “service” aspect was at the rendezvous).
I think the bungalow we had was the best we had so far (in the other campsites): same surface but you could really live inside on rainy days.
The pool is heated but the surface “pool” is a bit just facing the numbers of holidaymakers (we walked on each other a little), however we were able to find a deckchair.
The “calm” aspect is a real plus and is also materialized by a night watchman who makes rounds and alerts visitors in case of exaggeration.
I see no negative points to our stay quite the contrary.

What a nice and cozy campsite, not too big. Nice and spacious, large camping spots. You can choose hedge spots on a street or some 'looser' spots under the trees. The pool is full in high season, but they do their utmost to make it fun and inviting. Neat and clean toilet blocks. Animation team goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time. There is music or a show every evening, but at exactly 11 pm it is really quiet. Beautifully landscaped gardens, nice restaurant, nice clubs for the children, tennis court, etc.

Can’t rate this site highly enough! Fabulous place, entertainment was generally great in the evenings (except for the magician). The pool was great, we visited during the French holidays and the kids club was a superb bonus for us: 2 sessions per day plus an extended session all day on a Wednesday. The climbing wall on a Thursday was a welcome addition too and the local market that visited.

Staff all lovely, entertainment crew absolutely superb with a special mention to Axel, Noah and Jennifer!

The shop was reasonably priced and had everything we needed.

Would not hesitate in recommending this site, perfect for a safe, relaxing break.

We expected a camping spot near a castle based on the website. But the campsite is really in the middle of nowhere. When the promised gym turned out to be 3 machines behind a curtain and the spa a hut no bigger than the jacuzzi, we felt a bit 'catfished'. But in the end it all turned out fine: the service and friendliness of the staff is good, the restaurant is also nice, but especially the lovely large and well-maintained camping pitches were fantastic. There are really beautiful rental accommodations with a lot of privacy, including more standard mobile homes. Sanitary facilities are quite good, the oldest toilet building will be renovated this year. The terrace at the restaurant is not fantastic in terms of layout, but the cocktails were delicious. Sometimes you have to be patient. Animation is great, there is plenty to do all day long for young and old if you want, including special activities such as a climbing wall or water scooters. If you don't want that, you won't be bothered by the animation, at least that's how we experienced it. Every evening at 11 p.m. the campsite is in complete silence. All in all we had a great relaxing holiday.

"Simply ask what equipment is supplied. There are sunny plots ,shady plots and dense wooded plots. Stipulate which you prefer. No plots are really near enough to bar/ restaurant, kids play areas etc to be a problem with noise, although it was a very quiet week or so when we were there."
