It has been over a year since my wife and I have been at Majahuitas but I feel I need to write a review after the person gave a review with one star. Everything that he/she complained about has clearly been identified in reviews and if you picked Majahuitas, I would have thought that thy had to do some research...

We were looking for a place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We found just the place, beautiful, romantic, excelent food and service. We were thrilled with the resort, owners and staff are friendly and provided great hospitality. We will make it a point to make this place our Vacation spot. (^_^)

My wife and I experienced many of the same disappointments mentioned (mediocre to bad service, expensive beer and liquor and more primitive than advertised accommodations). HOWEVER the single worst deal breaker was the hordes of loud, drunken, rude, obnoxious tourists that arrive every day. Because Mexican law provides anyone with access to all beaches, party boats can and do arrive...

This was our first stay at Majahuitas and we were absolutely thrilled with the resort. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and provide great hospitality. The location is stunning and the casitas are all wonderfully designed and decorated. Margo was waiting on the beach to greet us, and showed us to the Sunset casita, which was lovely. The food...

.....because we wanted to keep this place a secret! On the other hand, it's such a perfect place we should be shouting about it from the rooftops...so here goes. From the moment the boat picked us up our faces cracked into the biggest smiles and, quite literally, they were stuck there like stupid clowns for the whole week. We've travelled...

The photos just don't do this beautiful place justice. They don't capture the the warmth and attentiveness from Margo, Kevin, Margo's son, and their entire team. If your idea of heaven is a gorgeous beach, phenominal food, cozy and clean casitas, spectacular views and unwinding in total peace and quiet, then this is your place!! My 10 year old daughter...

If you like the photos on their website, you should just go, as soon as possible. It is just as they have it pictured. Margo and Kevin couldn't be more attentive to detail. They are friendly and embrace you with a hug and a "Welcome Home" when you step off the boat. I say step off the boat, because the...

We came to Majahuitas on our honeymoon the first week of June and had the most incredible time! As other reviewers have noted, everything was exactly as advertised. When we landed at PVR, someone was waiting for us, ushered us to a cab which took us to the port at Boca de Tomatlan, where the Majahuitas boat met us and...

This resort is simply perfect and exactly as advertised! They greeted us immediately and helped us into a taxi - met us at the boat launch to load our luggage in to the boat for the trip to the resort. Alex met us at arrival and ushered us to the Clif House, a beautiful casita overlooking the beach. We took...

When we booked our trip we had seen all the great reviews and were hoping we would not be let down. When we go on vacation we want to get away from it all and relax and this vacation was perfect.
