Location is good, very quiet place and there are several restaurants around the hotel. 10 minutes away to/from Legoland. Swimming pool is just next to the dining area. We only had the breakfast buffet, it was good.

This is a new hotel in iskandar puteri under sunway property. Everything is super excellent and satisfying. The staff are warm & friendly assisting the guests especially the front office & cafe staff. The room facilities are superbly comfortable and clean as this is a new hotel. The room is spacious and for those who are travelling with small children, you can request for rooms with sofabed. They provide shampoo, body wash & hand wash from tanamera that smell very nice. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of tasteful and delish menu ranging from traditional, continental & American breakfast. Excellent hotel with "pocket-friendly" price. Worth every penny. I will definitely come again.

The moment we stepped our feet in the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staffs. The receptionists and even the guard were all friendly and helpful. They took customer's request to heart as I requested for a complementary birthday celebration and they called me a day before to ask whether I want to change to a different bed (I politely declined as I need twin beds to cater my small kids). Not only my daughter was surprised with the room deco but the hotel even surprised us with a slice of cake with a happy birthday wording on the plate when we got back to room from dinner. It was a lovely gesture of them. The room is spacious, well lit and we super love the bed and the pillows. We are avid travellers and have visited numbers of hotels, but here is among the most comfortable we have even stayed on. One thing to highlight is they use Tanamera products and everything is provided in a big bottle so no more trying to squeeze out liquid from a small bottle and not having enough to shampoo. The water pressure is seriously strong and it was utterly satisfying to take shower under it. We are happy with our stay and will definitely become their regulars. Those who go to legoland and search for an alternative beside legoland hotel should try here. A special shout out to the front desks Mr Wei Sony, Mr Rudy and Ms Serhinie as well as staffs who took the initiative to surprise us the cake Mr Fasrat and Mr Rudy. Thank u guys for being nice.

1. Check-in was prompt and efficient about 3pm. We were given 2 key cards. Don't need any password for wifi and no limits to how many devices can connect per room. Connection very stable. Really plus point.
2. Suite fits our 4 adults and a kid perfectly as they have a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. We also have 2 bathrooms with bidets to accomodate all of us which is rare for a hotel room and we do not need to rush in the mornings to get ready.
3. Iron and ironing board provided in room. There is also a microwave and coffee machine. 4 capsules provided. Mini fridge is empty and cold enough for our drinks.
4. In-room dining available until 10pm to order through their smart TV and I had one of the best Fish n Chips but menu is not so extensive.
5. Breakfast was okay with normal varieties but there were no pancakes when we came. Only 2 pastries available. The best was they provided Teh Tarik free flow and 2 coffee machines are around the restaurant for self-service. It wasn't too crowded and area was well spaced out. Alot of staffs available to clear the plates. Pool was great for the kids.
6. There is a big supermarket at the Sunway mall next door. Marrybrown, BK, Kenny Rogers is also open but cinemas and alot of other stuffs are not open yet. There is nothing much to do or shop around the hotel and we drove out most of the time for meals and activities. Everything is about 30mins drive away.
We love our stay at hotel, staffs were lovely and I would have given 5 stars if there had been a bath tub in the room even though we stayed at the Family Suite AND until the mall is opened fully, we don't think we will return anytime soon.

First time staying in newly opened Sunway JB, Kudos to Mr Fazraf Sher attending to our process of check in was smooth. Room overlooking the swimming pool plus a nice view.
The furniture, toilet and amenities up to PAR and it is expected for this good star property. In room dining food arrives on time and ordered the same menu for 2 nights. Delicious! Was amazed with the information given while exploring the TV like world time and flights details.
The buffet breakfast spread is simply great. The location is not near the bustling city centre so there is peace to get around provided the hotel is in the same building as the Big Box. Overall clean room, good hospitality and definelty will come back.

Room no 523 .. We checked in for my sister’s birthday celebration , the front office department Mr Fasraf very helpful and friendly, eventhough we asked for last minute decorations and surprise he managed to bring it up so beautifully, along with his team Ms Sherine and Mr Rudy , they gave us complimentary complimentary cake too, kudos to this team !!!
Cons: not happy with the housekeeping team , we extend the room for one more day and the room is not clean properly even we checked in , the dirty plates and mug left , when we called the housekeeping they ask us to place it out of the room , the bedsheet not replaced, there is dust everywhere, the room is not vacuumed as still traces of leftover foods on the floor , the table not wiped, mirror there is stain of fingerprints, towel replaced with floor towel on the couch, once we we call the front desk and made complaints, two of the housekeeping staff came in and replace the bedsheets, he didn’t apologize at the first place not so friendly.. F&B not friendly breakfast nothing much and not tasty Normal only very slow service
~ overall please improve ur service , please train ur staff as it’s 4 star hotel not budget hotel .. also too many excuses given by one of the front office staff when we made complain and he just walk away while we talking ..don’t want to mention his name ..

We celebrated birthday over the cafe and the staffs sang us Birthday song. It was very sweet and warm .
The French Fries very fresh from real potatoes and a MUST try finger food.
Beers are cheap as having promotions.
We have a lovey night at the pool .

Our check-in was pleasant. Even the security guard was very helpful. The reception officer En Riduwan gave us 2 breakfast coupons due to one of our rooms not being ready during check-in time. The connecting room will link the family quite with either a twin or king deluxe room. He made sure the rooms were truly ready to receive us before handing us the key. All the rooms come with a sofabed.
The rooms were clean, except for the rusty bit on the hand wash bottle and some moldy parts in the shower area. We really love the family suite as the area was large for the kids to run around and they even provide an extra full bathroom with shower.
The breakfast experience was a bit of disappointing. The staff originally refused to honour our breakfast vouchers until I had to raise my voice, trying to explain for the third time why we had the extra voucher (it was noisy anyway). Then the other staff showed us to a tiny square table and asked 5 of us to share the table in a very crowded area. After we refused to sit there only then he brought us to a proper table that could accommodate us, why he didn't just let us sit there in the first place? Queue for breakfast at 9+am was super long, so go early ya. Check-out was fast and pleasant.

Planned for a staycation before Ramadan to wind down after a hectic week at work, and was looking for somewhere decent out of town.
Found this hotel after a quick Google search and went to book directly on their website. Booking process via Web was super smooth and managed to secure a good deal of 2D1N stay in a Deluxe King room, with complimentary breakfast for 1.
Parking area is shared with the conjoining Sunway Big Box Mall and is free (brownie point), you can choose between open air parking or basement parking.
Assisted by Ms Vivienne Cheah, checkin process was a breeze. She thoroughly explained to me regarding hotel facilities and made sure I had everything sorted for my stay to be as convenient as possible. Kudos!
Since it's only recently opened, the hotel's design from the exterior, the lobby, the common areas, and the room are fairly new and fresh, with a minimalist touch yet elegant.
I literally have no issue with my room, everything was working perfectly. I also love the ergonomic design of the bathroom, so it would facilitate the elderly guests and those with special needs.
Breakfast is buffet style, the spread was decent. Cafe is facing the pool and in the morning, the ambience is serene.
All in all, this hotel has simply become one of my favourites in JB. Will definitely return in the future and hopefully it will keep up and maintain the good work!

the hotel is relatively new, so the room is great in my opinion with all the basic necessitates in good condition. The hotel is also going "green", providing bottles for you to top up at a water fountain thats free for you to top up your bottles. to be particular, the location is far from JB city, but its definitely a up and coming bustling area in my opinion.
if i were to nickpick, we book 2 rooms and the staff gave us a connecting room, however, i guess as the hotel is new she is unsure of which are the connecting rooms and gave is the room that is not connecting. (i.e. the other side). we also had to wait 30min -1 hour after check-in time for our family room to be ready.
Otherwise very happy with everything else! breakfast spread was not fantastic, but above average. pool was clean and kids friendly. sheets and towels are clean. everything in the hotel works.
