Terrific! Hotel was very helpful when we had some problem with our booking! Overall clean, nice staff, and convenient to station. Breakfast was plenty! Can’t find anything to complain about. Have stayed twice prior to this trip and will certainly return again!
The views of Yokohama were great and it was definitely a unique and enjoyable experience staying and sleeping over 50 floors up😄 The room was quite dark and dated and some of the furniture had certainly seen better days. The carpet also looked quite old and dirty and the tv was small and old. There was also a surprising amount of mold on the floor and walls in the bathroom. I definitely wasn't expecting to have any of these types of issues at this level of hotel. The views of Yokohama were definitely 5 star and they were certainly the best point about the room and hotel overall. The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of everything👍 I'm definitely going to come back and stay in Yokohama again, but probably not at this hotel again🙃
We wanted a Summer Getaway, so decided to splurge and stay at a hotel. I had wanted to go somewhere with a great view and we found it. I booked a City View room on the 67th floor and was very happy with our view. The Window was very big, actually the whole wall, with a wonderful view of Tokyo and also part of Yokohama Bay.
I stayed two nights there, one on the Regular floor (comfort bay view) and one on the Atelier floor (deluxe city view). The regular floor's windows were surprisingly dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, which made it impossible to enjoy the view. They did have a note saying that the windows were to be cleaned in a few days, but I can only review what I experienced. The furniture was dated, the TV remote was unresponsive. The second night on the upper floor was much more enjoyable. Windows were clean, and the furniture had a more modern touch. Do not disturb button is convenient, one-piece PJ was soft and silky, the Internet speed was decent. The service was good, the check-in and check-out process were really fast. Most of the facilities were closed so I cannot say much about that. I would be back for view on higher floors.…
Really lovely and posh hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable and the view from the window is spectacular. Placed in a lovely area close to shops and restaurants. Useful amenities in the bathroom and water heater for tea/coffee. Definitely recommend
The hotel can be reached by metro lines easily from Haneda airport in less than an hour. The whole building is very huge, and you have to check the signs to get to the reception / check-in area. Rooms are good, large for this area, and in a mid-price range. Well equipped, maybe a little old-fashioned (there seem to be renovated ones as well). Very friendly staff, good room services. Restaurant, in-room service, etc. at high prices. Breakfast was not included, but discounted by 10%. Was good and enough! What makes the place unique is really the view across Yokohama, the sea and along to Tokyo city at good weather. Sky deck and restaurants are on top floors, so you can dine with this nice view!
I stayed in this hotel as it was booked by my company for me. The hotel is very nice and is close to the airport. You can reach it by a direct bus from Haneda Airport which costed me 1050 Japanese Yen only. The rooms are clean and good in space. I had a great view on the city. The staff are always smiling and helpful and speaks English. The hotel is next to 2 malls and there are some grocery shops around it too. Going back to the airport was easy too as there are buses passing by the hotel to take passengers to it. The trip from the hotel to the airport costed me 730 Japanese Yen. Both trips from and to the airport were around 30-40 minutes. I could not try the original Breakfast of the hotel as our company booked a big conference hall and had a special breakfast for all of our employees. The hotel has great and fast Wi-Fi and provides 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. There was a small screen next to the bed that controls the lights, alarm, show the time and allows you to set the do not disturb options. The hotel is on a walking distance from Yokohama Pacifico Exchibition Hall where our company's event was hold in. However, there are few things that I have not liked. The check out time is at 11 am. If you want to extend then you have to pay an hourly amount. Also, room service closes at 12 am. I arrived to the hotel after mid night and was starving but could not eat anything as room services and shoos around were close.…
Absolutely stunning. This is part of the landmark tower the tallest building in Japan. Close to Tokyo and Yokohama itself is lovely. Japan is such a great place and this hotel is wonderful. Quite expensive
This is the fourth time I've stayed here, try and get a Mount Fuji view on one of the higher levels and it's the best view from a hotel anywhere around the world, just open those curtains and wow!!. The hotel is attached to Landmark Plaza, shopping and eating on your doorstep if you don't want to pay exorbitant hotel prices, Japan is expensive and so is room service in this hotel. The rooms are a little stuffy, the dehumidifier not doing a lot and the AC not really working that great, largish rooms for Japan, usual toilets with the fabulous TOTO automatic toilets with all the functions from heated seats to bidet function. For such a hi-tech country, have always found the showers to be hit and miss, this one not being an exception, either to hot or too cold, not thermostatically controlled, just a feed from the hot and cold taps, the shower head are two heights, either your midriff of over the top of your head, hitting back of the bath panel and then dribbling over the edge of the bath to the floor!! TV hit and miss, the same over Japan, so can't blame the hotel for that. Yokohama is good city to explore, clean and safe at all times. Make sure to order an iron for your room, these aren't already there, nice to see hotels not using small throw away shampoo bottles, this hotel using large bottles, so thanks for that. Fast lifts, nice efficient lobby, plenty of food options and good location. Just could do with more of a wow factor and more modern amenities in the room, and please sort out the humidity levels in the rooms.…
We stayed here for 6 days during the rugby World Cup and booked an executive floor room. The huge bonus was we saw Mt Fuji two times in the morning over breakfast. It’s an amazing sight as it’s so rare to see it and most of the time it is smothered in clouds. The rooms are lovely and Service at the lounge is super but very poor food in the lounge the only minor blemish. The Hotel is very well located with good restaurants in the building as the hotel is above a commercial/shopping complex.
