The most experience was nice, especially the meals and staffing at the restaurant were lovely. Fontana the main dining was cozy and quiet, we enjoyed a great dinner with professional service. But the front desk was horrible. They didn't show which cost will be subject to the hotel points. I think this accommodation does not have integrity. If you are a mileage runner or point collector, please avoid this hotel. Totally different from The Okura Tokyo. オークラブランドのホテルとして認識しておりましたが、首をひねるサービスがフロントで多々あり、参りました！
Large rooms and bathrooms, great location for Disney stay and awesome service, The rooms are very dated however. The ability to drop off luggage early in the morning so you can enjoy the theme park is always a nice touch with this hotel and makes the price worth it.
Excellent hotel. We stayed here as a family group of 25. There’s Hourly bus shuttles to the main shopping centre. There’s a great supermarket here to stock up on supplies as there’s not a lot to eat at hotel, also lots of great dinner options. The mono rail to Disney land and Disney sea is right across the road. The best thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms. They are HUGE! With an even bigger bathroom. They have a small ‘kitchenette’ with a fridge. If you’re travelling with kids, I’d highly recommend this hotel.
I wouldn’t stay here again for a lot of reasons. We were lucky to get a 2 night stay here as there was a great deal on Booking.com we snapped up. I’m no way would I recommend anyone ever pay full price. We’ve stayed at MUCH nicer hotels for far less than they’re asking for normal rates. Cons- - Dated wallpaper/tv/bathroom - Dirty carpets in room - No coffee or water provided - every hotel we’ve stayed at on our trip until this one has provided complimentary water/coffee/tea - You can feel the springs in the mattresses, need to be replaced desperately. It was an extremely uncomfortable bed - Very, very expensive (to be expected with hotels with any hotels around Disney) - No soundproofing between room and hallway. We heard every noisy guest arrive back to their rooms until late at night Pros- - Very helpful/friendly staff - Convenient location next to Disneyland/Sea - Amazing water pressure - They held our bags at reception as we arrived before check in at 3pm and wanted to visit the park. Bags were waiting in our room on arrival - Great, fast room service up until 12am - Bus to Narita Airport can be booked through reception for 1,900¥ …
I loved this hotel ... super friendly check in . Very large spacious room .. super clean and very comfortable beds . The bathroom amenities were very good quality ... face oils , face cleansers, turbans For your hair luxurious face creams ... i was super impressed with the choices. Will definitely recommend the hotel if visiting the Disney Parks . Bayside station is directly opposite the hotel , there are shuttles all the time to the station although its not necessary as its literally across the road to the station where you can hop on the disney monorail to Disney park or Disney Sea park or to the shopping area Ikspari. I stayed 3 night and Loved it . I will not recommend the spa at all . Its overpriced and not well trained therapists . I booked the in room massage and had another massage at the spa .... not good at all and cost about 12000 japenese yen . This hotel is good value for the price paid and its location. We arrived by train from tokyo station , jumped off at Maihama , boarded the disney rail and was at hotel in umder 5 minutes super easy .…
This is a hotel in need of a makeover (Upgrades required). The place is genuinely clean to the best of their ability, but the owners need to invest and move on from the hotel they built 10+ years ago. Breakfast is pretty good. Saying this - the carpets are old, beds/pillows are worn out and curtains and the furniture is outdated. Defenitely has a old smell to the room upon entering. I would have cancelled and checked out immediately, if I had the option. The staff are not as friendly and the first response to most questions is "NO", before even understanding the question. Very different to the humble culture across the rest of Japan. We stayed here for 7 nights to and ended up going out of the hotel most days. They have a free shuttle bus to the station... and also have a paid shuttle to/from the airport - However, you have to ask for this information as it's not freely provided. Time to upgrade the hotel, or the new one getting built next door will outshine. …
Our stay at this hotel was an excellent choice for a family vacation to the Tokyo Disney Resort. We arrived at 8 o’clock in the morning and we were able check in at the Welcome Center. The staff held our bags so we could go to Disney Sea when it opened. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, we picked up our room keys for 3 rooms. As promised our luggage had been delivered to our rooms. The hotel staff was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Not only was this hotel conveniently located, just minutes from Disneyland and DisneySea, it also provided many nice amenities. We would recommend Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay without any reservations.
Exceptional service and location of the hotel is perfect to access Disney Land and Disney Sea theme parks. We are heading back in Japan and staying at this hotel again. Rooms are clean and spacious, a family of 4 stayed in 1 room.
Enjoyed the AMAZING service and cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend taking the shuttle bus (check hotel website for precise company) from the airport to the hotel. The room is spacious with a decent view and both a bathtub and shower. The most important thing for me was access to Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. There is a public train across the street which takes you straight to Disney Resort!
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally placed for visiting Disneyland or Disney Sea being right in front of the Monorail station. The hotel itself is clean and the staff very helpful. Our room was larger than we expected and the facilities inside were very good. I note a few people have complained about the lack of non-Japanese channels on the tv but if I am honest as a family we quite enjoyed trying to work out what was going on on the Japanese channels. The only advice I would give is if you are intending on visiting the sights of Tokyo more than Disney it is a bit of a trek, so would suggest getting something closer to centre of Tokyo. All in all though this is a good hotel and I would definitely stay here again
