After a week with 6 family members in 3 rooms for our son's wedding the hotel staff were part of our extended family. Ideally located close to fine restaurants, exclusive shopping destinations and a short walk to the CBD this is a quality hotel made memorable by the friendly and

This Hotel is absolutly one of the coolest i have stayed at. First of all the staff is very welcoming and service minded. When you arrive you will be guided to the reception at the 41st floor. The view over Tokyo in all directions is breathtaking, and this is of course the signat

I booked direct, and based on a minor glitch of overcharging me, got beautifully upgraded to one of the View Rooms and had the pleasure of pushing that top button in the elevator.

Stayed less than 24 hours in the hotel as we had to catch a flight early in the morning (or in my l

Excellent hotel great service and vibe. Shinjuku area is a bit distant from most areas and train is a good 15 minute walk. Otherwise you always know what you are getting with Park Hyatr brand. NY Grill Bar was worth the stay

Hi, What is the dimension of a twin bed in the deluxe twin room? Also is it possible to join the 2 beds together? Thank you in advance if you can help me.
Sorry to inform you that I was in a single king bed room. Thus, could not tell the size of the twin size bed they have. Judge from the king size bed, their twin size bed should be the Super twin size bed. As if the bed could be joined together? I suppose you could, but need to move the bed out of the way of the bedside tables. In such, the bed will be off position from the intended area of the reading lights and bed board..

Is the pool suitable for lap swimming? What are the dimensions? Is it correct that there are two pools? Thank you
A swim cap is required. Bring goggles. I believe the pool has at least two lap lanes and one large open lane.

Does the Hyatt have an executive lounge?
No, because it is High end luxury all is executive. I am sure there are some spaces where you can book for seminars but a executive lounge by itself it doesnt exist in Park Hyatt. Hilton hotel in Shinyuku is really nice the executive lounge.
