Whether it’s the striking artwork, the carefully curated amenities, or the crew recommended restaurant that checks all the right boxes, it’s the experiences that enrich your stay. It’s all just a spoken word away!
We were travelling from Kobe to Tokyo to stay over for a couple of nights. To hotel is located in the Shinjuku area, which is a lively place in Tokyo. The staffs were polite and well mannered, and generally speaking, it was a neat place to stay. Generally speaking, it is a quiet and simple hotel, so if you don't mind that, I would definitely recommend it.
We stayed at the Bespoke for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. However, we had 3 people in the room and and the room was too small for 3. The room did not have enough space for suitcases, no drawers or a traditional closet. We made it work but better for 2 people. It is designed very efficiently, clean and beds comfortable. The staff is lovely ,breakfast simple but fine and the lobby is lovely. The hotel is located near two metro stations and an easy walk to the station. A great coffee bar (Tully,s i think) on the corner. I would stay here again but get 2 rooms for 3 people.
I have just been in that hotel for 4 nights. The idea for me was to be close to shinjuku station as a starting point for my daily activities. From that standpoint this hotel is very well located (15 minutes walk). It offers you all you need for a vacation stay. A room that is in the standard of Tokyo's room size. Good bed. Standard bathroom. Decoration is great and more original than any big hotel chain. The place where you take breakfast (or tea at the end of the day) is lovely as well. Good music not too load. Relaxing place which is very appreciable to start/finish your day.Small breakfast is included except coffee/tea for a little extra. I will definitely come back.
We LOVED Bespoke Hotel. We wished we would have stayed here longer during our Japan vacation. We will definitely be back! A little back story, Air Canada lost our luggage. We were without our luggage for 4.5 days. When we arrived to Bespoke Hotel, I was so excited to see that they have coin operated washer and dryers. After traveling for 13 hours and having zero luggage, we absolutely utilized them for our 1 night stay. The hotel room is smaller in size but comfortable. The hotel staff is very wonderful and accommodating. They allowed me to use their phone to make some phone calls since our flight was delayed and we had to make arrangements for our upcoming stays. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here when you visit Shinjuku. PROS: - Great hotel staff. - Modern Hotel. - Excellent location. - Washer/Dryer CONS: - I couldn't find one!…
Bespoke is a slightly funky modern hotel, well proportioned rooms for Tokyo, with good design and fitout, a communal breakfast / relaxing room and an excellent lounge. It's in a great location being a 4-6 min walk from two metro stations (Higachi Shinjuku and Shinjuku sanchome). The Golden Gai Shinjuku is a short walk close by for action at night. Negative points - the free WiFi was slow at times in the rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was hit and miss and their coffee was awful - (the miso soup was good). For coffee try the Tully on the corner near the station.
A very modern and cute hotel located in Shinjuku. The hotel, while small, was really modern, clean, and was up to date. Being located near Shinjuku, it did not have a shortage of restaurants, bars, and nightlife surrounding it. Would absolutely recommend if wanting to stay close to the nightlife in Tokyo but not wanting to be in the middle of it.
The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are functional, though quite small. The price is OK for its excellent location, though amenities are quite limited. I wasn't very satisfied with the (complimentary) breakfast, that had just few choices and no coffee(unless you purchased it at the bar). Especially, the breakfast area was too crowded and it was sometimes hard to find a seat, while the food wasn't replaced very fast... I'd still recommend it mostly for its location and relatively affordable rates (at least compared to other hotels in the same area).
My husband and I were in Tokyo for the first time for a one week getaway from Canada. I chose this hotel based on price/location/reviews and it did not disappoint! We chose two twin beds for more room. The room did not feel super tiny as it was smartly laid out and the beds were very clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night, no outside noise really and we faced a major street. Having a kettle and coffee etc in room was handy. Located very central near 7-11 and another convenience store was also helpful. I would stay again here in a heartbeat!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bespoke Shinjuku. My boyfriend and I found this hotel and on a whim decided to book. There wasn’t a lot of info or photos online so we were a bit scared it was a scam, but found that a brand new hotel in a perfect location was our sanctuary during our week long stay in Tokyo. The hotel had everything we needed for our trip and the beds were comfy and the bathroom and room was clean and spacious. More than one can say for most budget hotels in Tokyo. Close to two main train stations and a coffee shop is attached. Loved the selection of rice balls each morning. Yum! We will be back!
