What a lovely little gem! We slept in and nearly missed breakfast, but staff were extremely gracious and allowed us to go in late, and boy, the breakfast was superb!!! A nice place with tons of little traditional and modern restaurants to choose from as well, and 5 min walk from the subway station.
Hotel is just ok - rooms are normal Japanese size and quite clean. Room doors require a PIN number - gets a bit tiresome after a while. Biggest issue is just one lift - with a busy hotel you spend a lot of time waiting. Also, there is only one onsen, which means that there are set times to attend the onsen for me and women. Reception team is very friendly and helpful.
Nice and clean hotel with a very good location. Excellent breakfast with variety of western and japanese foods. Room was quiet and clean, little bit tiny but for my understanding most hotelrooms in Japan are. The only tiny minus was that the tall building has one elevator, but we didin't make a problem out of it. Would most def stay again!
I loved my stay in this hotel. The staff was super kind and helpful and they offered us multiples samples of skin care bio products to try out. The room was clean and the public bath had an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The only not so positive side was the fact that they only have one public bath, so they alternate man and ladies shifts which is a bit inconvenient. Good location, 10 minutes walking from the metro and right in the middle of many restaurants and convenient stores. Highly recommended.
The front desk staff Joana Marie did a great job assisting us to checkin. She’s very approachable. The location is perfect if you wanna go around tokyo. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars near our hotel. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. One of the best hotel breakfast we ever had. We had a great time and definitely we will comeback to your hotel with friends and family. Thank you!
The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes walk to a subway station. The room was more like a small storage room with a small window and painted plaster board walls. It doean't look like a hotel room. They have a public bath but it's timetabled for women's only and men's so not always available. It's an inexpensive hotel but next time, I will book a different hotel.
1. Location is good, near to two (2) metro station and within few minutes walks. Easily assessible to most tourist attractions. 2. Hotel staff are friendly and able to communicate in English. 3. Environmental friendly. Daily necessaries like comb, disposable slipper can be collected at the lift lobby. Take what you need. The room is small but most daily necessaries are provided. 4. Good breakfast spread with slight variety daily. 1,100 yen per pax which I think it's a fair deal and highly recommended. You could buy the breakfast on the days itself from the hotel counter. 5. Public onsen which my hubby visit daily.
Brilliant hotel experience. Yes the rooms are small but it encourages you to keep the room tidy. The room has everything you could need; toiletries, toothbrush and paste, chargers, USB charging points, kettle, fridge, slippers, air freshener and air conditioning. You are also able to choose additional pillows and pajamas if you wished. Breakfast was also good and slightly varied each day so you always got something different. Staff were fantastic. We requested a taxi for 5am to visit the fish market and they booked that for us with no problems. We even left our phone in the taxi and they were very helpful in helping us track it down. A great experience overall, I would definitely recommend.
The hotel is close to everything, there are 2 subway stops at a 5 min walk and for Tokyo standards its nothing. There is a 7/11 with everything you might need for your stay ” (such as water or snacks - there is a mini fridge in the room but it’s empty) literally attached to the hotel. The neighborhood is very cute and extremely calm (although lively) compared to Tokyo’s busy environment. Staff is extremely nice and speaks English Breakfast is good I did not have a chance to go to the onsen but my partner said it was very relaxing and well kept. Self-service laundry costs 100 yen and dryer is free - worked perfectly and clothes smelled super good The room can get on your nerves in terms of luggage because it is tiny . Nonetheless we had 3 pieces of luggage and managed well. Would come back for a stay in Tokyo! Also the hotel is VERY environmental friendly …
Fantastic hotel with very kind, helpful and polite personnel. Quite large, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is situated in a business area with lots of bars and restaurants around. It is also 5 min walk from 2 metro stations. Breakfast was good. A suggestion for the management: some tea or coffee in the rooms would be fantastic.
