This is an incredible hotel with amazing breakfast. The money per what you get is worth it 1000%. I stayed at a different hotel in Shinjuku and that place was terrible and way more expensive. If we could do it all over again I would of stayed all the days in Tokyo in this lovely hotel.
this place seems great i love japan even though ive never been there btu the reviews on this hotel looks gerat and its japan so waht could go wrong! my friend 618teagand went with me on this wonderful non exsistant trip! lovely place, could use more water though a bit dry in the walls. tata xx.
Our family of 4 had 2 twin rooms over the New Year period. Staff were approachable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I would stay again.
We stayed here 2 years ago and decided to come back. The location is great, near to subway. Even with luggage, you can access road level via an elevator. The Housekeeping here is excellent. Rooms are always tidied spotlessly. Amenities and water is available in the lobby - you just pick and choose what you need. Breakfast selection is good and really tasty. The breakfast room is bright and airy. There is a wide selection of tea to choose from. Disposable cups are available if you wish to take out your coffee. Service staff from reception to Housekeeping to breakfast server is always with a smile and greeting guests as we walk by. This is our go to hotel whenever we are back in Tokyo!
Clean cosy room. Tolietries are available. Bed hardness is just nice, not too stiff. Routine breakfast could enhance better on variety. Good for couple and business stay. Compact space for 2luggages. Safe environment and accessible to subway.
Great location, close to transport. Facilities were great and the staff were awesome. Free water is a godsend in July. Small rooms but all are in Japan. Would recommend for short stays. Nice breakfast.
We stayed here for 9 nights for the Rugby World Cup. The rooms are very small and the double bed was surrounded by 3 walls. However there is an en-suite bathroom, fridge, TV, hairdryer, desk & hanging space. As we found even in larger rooms on our trip, there is little or no storage space so we lived out of suitcases mostly. There are larger rooms, some with sofas. Everything was very clean. We received excellent service at all times from friendly English speaking staff on reception. They were happy to book taxis or loan an iron & board. There are also guest laundries on 2 floors. I enjoyed taking part in an origami class and met guests from far & wide. The two staff who took the class were helpful and made it fun. The hotel is well located, in a quiet business area, close to the subway, restaurants and convenience stores. The latter usually have ATMs which is very useful as cash is often required. We walked to the Tokyo Tower (35mins) and the nearby Imperial Palace & Gardens (20 mins) where visiting heads of state are entertained - stunning interiors. …
Very nice Hotel. Greeted by nice staff. They will give you a set of chopstick as welcoming gift. Bed is comfy, slept well after 12 hour flight, staff were courteous, polite and the breakfast have loads of selections. 10 mins walk to nearest metro, and convinience store nearby. Highly recommended 😊
Hi tourists! 🖖🏼 I stayed in that hotel for 7 days. Hotel placed between several stations: Akasaka, Nogizaka, Ayoma-itchome. Very hospitable staff, like all people in Japan 😌, I haven’t met for the whole trip any rude or boorish person. Good service, if you put sign “please do not disturb”, when you return in the end of day you will see in the bag new towels and bathrobe (aka kimono) 👍🏼 Rooms are small, but I used it only to sleep 😴 Breakfast hours are not too long: 6:00 till 10:00 a.m. , so take it into account if you like to sleep, especially after first night if you will have jet lag. Pic from the room where I stayed.
Excellent location, lovely breakfast and the complimentary cold drinking water is a great extra. However, what made our stay really special was the hotel staff, they were friendly, charming, helpful, efficient and professional at all times. We attended a free calligraphy class put on by the hotel and received a wrapped hardboard version of our (admittedly poor) efforts and on checking out were given photos of us participating in the class. The attention to detail and the little touches provided by the staff were second to none. We were helped to dress up in the traditional Japanese clothing that was on display in the hotel lobby and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough as it made our first trip to Tokyo a complete pleasure. I would love to stay here again and if I ever return to Tokyo I definitely will!…
