We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

Great location of this property, fantastic atmosphere, Clean rooms as its a one of the New Hotel Build in the Center of Roppongi,Convenient to Roppongi hills, Tokyo Tower,Tokyo Midtown, Clubs and Restaurant and Night life in Roppongi, The Only Issue I had was lack of English communication from the Front Desk , that didn't understand a demn about what I need her to change my Room to a twin room, and only Got same room I booked for, Surely recommended for anyone needed to explore around roppongi

Matsui Garden Roppongi ticks many boxes for a nice and comfortable stay in Tokyo. The hotel is relatively new (January 2020). The design of the public areas is spacious, tasteful and with eye for quality and detail. The rooms are very comfortable. Not too big - 26 sqm - but very practically arranged. Comfortable bed, great shower!, amenities, etc. Breakfast is a pleasure - a choice from a good menu. The service is impeccable. Quite a lot of staff - but all very well trained and always willing to help. And the price we paid was very reasonable. Last but not least, the location is perfect. In the middle of trendy Roppongi. All in all - a safe bet when staying in Tokyo.
