Stayed in a standard room 9 nights in November. The hotel was just opened . Everything from arrival until departure was brilliant: location, staff, rooms super clean and functional, and above all the views from everywhere in the hotel. Thanks to the recpetion staff who allowed us to stay in the lobby until 10pm as our flight was late. P Masson

Cons: No microwave in rooms even at their designated laundry/vending machine and ice room. Would be nice to warm up food that you buy from convenience and grocery stores. Need closet space in smaller rooms. Would be nice to have refillable container for shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than having those small containers, it will be great for the environment. MANY Pros First: Location, Location, Location!!!! 3 minute walk from Shimbashi Station with at least 4 lines including the mostly used Yamanote line (even has an indoor underground access across the street to avoid rain), 3 minute walk to Ginza (2 blocks or just cross the train tracks) about 4 blocks to the street where they close the famous High End shop street on Sundays, Donki Ginza is 5 minutes walk, countless combinis (even have Lawson on second floor) Ichi**n, the famous ramen shop is just accross the Shimbashi station and the upscale version of the ramen place in Ginza is also few blocks aways. So much food option around the area! Second: Hotel Staff. They are the most accommodating staff especially the tall European young guy who's always ready to greet and so friendly. The cleaning ladies are very friendly as well. I've visited Japan every year and most cleaning staff are very timid when a foreigner approach them but the The Blossom Hibiya staff are very courteous and polite and ready to help. Third: The room, we booked a corner room Deluxe Double. The highlight of the room is definitely the gorgeous view and the automatic window blinds that could even sync to the alarm clock! Everything is being controlled in a side table tablet! Room is always clean (kudos to the staff), the firmness of the bed is just right! My husband and I also appreciated the 2 daily complimentary bottled water, wine opener, high quality wine and water glasses, not a huge fan of the UCC coffee maker (coffee was awful), I think you guys should change that to Nespresso. I also appreciate the daily tea! All and all, We found a new hotel that my husband and I will go regularly, we used to go to this high rise hotel in Shinagawa for the past 6 years but this hotel definitely impressed us. So much food option around! Two of my favorite desert Osaka's Pablo and Hokkaido's LeTao cheesecake is inside the station!!! We are definitely going back! I apologize if my review can be incomprehensible but hope the readers will get my point. ahahahah

Dear Mr/Ms HookedOnPlanes, Thank you for staying with us and kindly leaving us this feedback. We do understand it would be very inconvenient for the guests not having availability of using microwave in the vender rooms, we are terribly sorry about this. Unfortunately, for now we are only able to warm your food up with a microwave we have in our kitchen. So please bring anything down to the front desk and we will make sure you can have a warm meal. Also thank you for giving us such an environmentally friendly advice. There could be a discussion we will have to have in aspect of sanitary and cleanliness, however, will definitely talk about it. We are glad to hear that you had satisfied with our location. As you mentioned, our hotel is at 5 minutes walk away from both JR and Metro rail way stations, and very close to famous shopping area, Ginza. It is very nice to know you did explore around the area, and we are hoping that our location helped your journey to be more convenient. Also we are relieved to hear that you enjoyed your time in the room too. From the 18th lobby floor and guest rooms above, you could have the beautiful view all over Tokyo. From twin rooms, you would have the city view with the Tokyo tower in it. On the other side, the double room's view has the Hibiya park and Imperial palace with full of green nature. We are hoping your return to experience the different view. Lastly, thank you for warmly mentioning our staff service. It was such an honor to serving you and we hope we could help your stay to be a memorable experience. Again, we sincerely thank you for choosing us and we are looking forward to welcoming you soon again. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

Dear Mr/Ms Shlomi T, Thank you for staying at our hotel and kindly making the comments. We hope you have had a great stay. As for the overprice we would like you to understand that the rate for Tokyo around Ginza and Hibiya are very expensive. We will be sure to take up the voice to the manager. We will do our best to suit the price for guest to enjoy and not regret what they have payed for. Shimbashi station and Uchisaiwaicho is the closest one from our hotel. There are both within 5 minutes on foot. Having to be the central of Tokyo, there are many lines that are connected in order to travel. As you mentioned, the view from the lobby and the rooms are worth looking at. You will be able to see the Tokyo tower, Shimbashi station and other sorts of buildings. On the other side of the building, you will see the Hibiya park, Imperial palace and the Tokyo sky tree. The staff are willing to help and make the satisfaction of the guests in order to make guests stay very satisfying and make the best of their memories. We hope to serving you again. Dear Mr/Ms Iris G, Thank you for staying at our hotel and making comments about your stay. By the looks of it, we are able to tell that you have enjoyed your stay. Our hotel opened on the August 20th which 7 months has already passed. Having to say so, we still have many things to go over with in order to make up a great hotel. As for the location, we are close Shimbashi station and also the Uchisaiwaicho. There are both within 5 minutes on foot. From Uchisaiwaicho the closest exit will be the A5. There are many lines that are connected in order to travel from Shimbashi station. If you are going to use the train transportation, you would have to be aware of which line to use, because you might get anxious for it. Please ask at the front desk and we will be able to direct you to the correct one. The view from the lobby and the rooms are worth looking at. You will be able to see the Tokyo tower, Shimbashi station and other sorts of buildings. On the other side of the building, you will see the Hibiya park, Imperial palace and the Tokyo sky tree. The view depends on the room type so, next time if you have the chance to coming back, we would like you to experience the different view. The staff are willing to help and make the satisfaction of the guests in order to make guests stay very satisfying and make the best of their memories. We look forward to serving you again. My husband & I had the best stay at The Hibiya Blossom for 5 nights. This new hotel in Shimbashi has everything you need within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars , Shimbashi gets very lively in the night and is about 10mins walk to Ginza for great shopping too. Train station is around the corner so is easy to get around everywhere you want to be. All the rooms has great views of the city, is clean, spacious by Japan standards with a decent size bathroom that fit comfortably for most westerner. This hotels ticks all the boxes for sure; Location, accessibility, affordability and amenities. Highly recommended

Dear Mr/Ms Winnie T、 Thank you for staying at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA. By the looks of the comment it seems that you have felt just like at home and we appreciate that you have rated 5 out of 5. Our hotel opened on the August 20th which 6 months have passed. However we still have many things to improve on. As for the location, as you mentioned there are many restaurants, shops that are in the walking distance. There are some restaurants that we are able to recommend it to the guests, so if you are interested please stop by at the front desk. From our hotel it will take about 5 minutes or so from the Shimbashi station. If you take Mita line it will take less than 2 to 3 minutes. Because Shimabshi is a central station, you are able to travel to many different places. If you wonder where you would like to go to, we are able to recommend and tell you the way of it. We hope you were able to adore the view of the lobby of 18th floor. There you are able to see the Tokyo tower and also the end of the Mount Fuji when it is very sunny. Also from the room you would be able to enjoy the same view as the Tokyo tower or the other side of the Hibiya park, Sky tree (depending on which room you get) and the Imperial garden. The staff are willing to help and make the satisfaction of the guests in order to make guests stay very satisfying and make the best of their memories. If you come to Tokyo again, we look forward to serving you. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

Stayed for 3 nights over New Years. It is new and modern. The lobby is on the 25th floor with the rooms above that. You do need to do the two elevator shuffle to get to your room. The room was nicely furnished, and had a nice essentials in the bathroom - though the bathroom is on the small side. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options, but lunch/dinner is Japanese food only. We had a view of Tokyo Tower from our room, it is walking distance to Shimbashi Station and multiple subway stations. We were also able to walk to the Imperial Palace. Lots of restaraunts and bars in the area.

Dear Mr/Ms karsd, Thank you for staying at our hotel. We apologize for the late reply and hope you forgive us. Where you able to enjoy your stay? We appreciate that you have rated and written out the comments very descriptively. Our hotel opened on the August 20th, which 5 months has passed. γ€€ Still there are many things to go over with in order to make up a great hotel and to get the satisfaction from the guests. As you mentioned, there are two elevators, one is for the guests to make it up to the lobby and the other one is to get up to there rooms. As for the buffets, there are mainly Japanese but there are also Western as well. We will share the comments with them, in order to make the menu even better. As for the location, it is about 5 minutes on foot from the Shimabashi station. Other than the other lines it takes off from the Shimbashi station itself or near our hotel. There are Many exits near our hotel, so it might be better to look it up before you head off to your destination. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. We will be able to reserve and make a recommendation for the guests as well. (But as for the restaurant reservation, it can only be done after the guests have checked in, this is to prevent the restaurants and the hotel side to have any problem with the reservation they have made before.) You will be able to go on foot to the Imperial Palace. It will take about 10~15 minutes. There is a free tour at the imperial palace depending on which day you visit, it is only being held twice a day. Not only is there a Japanese tour but there is also Chinese, English. If you are interested we will be able to recommend and tell you the way. Before going there please check with the time. If you have time please go to the Hibiya park when there is a event. If you look up from the Hibiya park website, there are some schedules that are written to let you know about the events that are being held. It will approximately take about 5 or 10 minutes. We look forward to serving you.

Dear Mr/Ms mariocbernardo, Thank you for staying our hotel. We are truly happy to hear the voice of the guests and rating 5 out of 5. As for the access to our hotel, there are few ways in order to reach our hotel. If you come from the JR Shimbashi station it will take about 5 minutes on foot. Other than that, if you come from the Mita subway, it will take about 2 to 3 minutes on foot. (it might take even more if you come out from the different exit). As for the view from the lobby we are able to see the Tokyo tower, Shimbashi station and also the end of Mount Fuji. You are able to see the same view from the room as well. Other view would be, the Imperial palace, Hibiya Park and also the Tokyo sky tree depending on which room you get. As for the amenities it differs depending in which room you stay in. The standard double and twin room and the superior double room have the same amenities. But as for the Deluxe and Premium have a different one. The brand is CARTHUSIA. If you have a chance to come to our hotel again, we hope you try out the different amenities. As for the train noise it is good to know that it did not bother you that much. If the train noise bothers you next time or the next, we are able to change rooms if there are free room at that time. Other than that, you must have recognized it but there is a ear plug for those guests that seems annoyed by the sound or have problem sleeping. This is just for a simple treatment. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us. There are many places to go on foot near our hotel. You can visit Ginza, Yurakucho and so on. If you wonder where you would like to go t, we are able to help you out with the way. We look forward to serving you again. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA Inoue

We stayed at The Blossom Hibiya during our very first stay in Japan and Tokyo. The hotel is newly built and very nice, modern. The location is amazing as it is only a 2 mins walk to the station. Rooms are quite small so there is not lots of space for two big luggages and literally only a few (6) hangers but it does the job. Other than that rooms are modern as well and have a quite cool view over the neighborhood which itself is super close to Ginza. It is also only a 5 mins walk to Ginza (Chuo street with all the brand shops and lots of good restaurants). Breakfast is only Japanese so you need to like or get to used it but good. As we stayed there again on our way back so definitely recommend it.

We stayed in their corner room (34m2) for 4 nights for 29,500yen/night. This is a brand new hotel near Shimbashi Station. It's not a luxury hotel but everything is clean, functional and the room was a good size. The location is convenient for getting round and there are limitless restaurants nearby. I'd have given 4 stars but the room we stayed was close to Shimbashi Station and it was quite noisy. The train noise starts around 4:30am and won't stop until nearly 1am. I was woken up several times each night even with earplugs. After the first night, I asked for a different room but was told, "every room is noisy" by a front desk staff. I think they just didn't want to bother with a move as one end of the hotel where our room was is much closer to the station than the other end. For guests who were staying for 4 nights, they should have given another room. If (a big IF) I ever go back to this hotel I'd definitely have to ask for a room far away from Shimbashi Station.

Dear MR/MS Shibuyakko, Thank you for staying at our hotel. It is an honor to receive the comments of yours. Our hotel is still brand new as it was opened on the August 20th. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you with your 4 nights stay. On behalf of the staff, I would like to apologize for what we have told the guest. As for the β€˜every room’ not every room are very noisy. But there are some voices from the guests that have claimed that the room could hear the noise of the train and construction (When there is a construction that is going on, we will inform the guests about the date, time and which floor the construction will be held.) The other way, to keep out the noise is for the guests to wear ear plugs to prevent from hearing the noise. We are able to change rooms when there is a same room type available. But just in case, we would like you to keep in mind that the noise may be the same way the guests have heard as the one they have stayed in. We would like you to understand for this. As for the deluxe room we have it on the opposite side of the hotel. It might a little bit quieter to be heard. If there is any inconvenience any problem during your stay we are able to help you out. As for the room size, if you prefer bigger size there is a Premium room. The room type is much bigger in size, and is about 53 square meter and 61 square meters. The amenities are the same with the deluxe double and the twin room. There are a water proof TV which can be seen when you are in the bath tub. If you ever come back to Tokyo, we will be sure to keep you away from the Shimbashi station. If there is anything else you would like to request, please give us an call, or E-mail to us. We will make the request as much as possible. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA Inoue

There are many mid budget range hotels in this area and this new hotel is one of the best in comparison in my view though there are few things to be improved (giving the benefit of doubt as it is very new). Pro: Located in the high rise building above 20th floor, the view from the reception and room is great. Room is very modern and relatively spacious. The hotel staff were nice as well. The location is also great with 5 min walk to busy Shinbashi station which is convenient to go around in Tokyo for all directions. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Cons: There was really no bad points I found during my 5 nights stay but a few suggestions. Firstly I wish they had a free bottle of water in the room. Almost all hotels in mid range in this area has it and not having it a small disappointment. Secondly they is a very nice and spacious gym (one of the biggest free gym space in hotel in this area), but machines are limited with only 5 cardio machines and 1 chest press machine. It is really waste of space. I wish they had a cable machine, leg machine and free weights etc... it will differentiate this hotel from others because no hotel has a good free gym around here.

Dear MS/MR HiroH_13, We apologize for the late reply. We hope you forgive us. Thank you for staying at our hotel and writing out the comments in detail. The voice of the guests will help us improve with the hotel service. We are truly sorry for not letting you know where the free bottle of water was placed. It was in the cabinet next to the fridge. Two bottles of water is free of charge. If there are no water in the room, we will be able to take it up to your room or will be able to give it to you when you ask at the front desk. The voice of yours will be very helpful. We will come to think about the equipments to put it in the gym. We will share this comments with the staff and make a better gym. But to arrange and to put the equipments will take quite a while to sort everything out. We will do out best to get the guests satisfaction. As for the reception lobby it is on the 18th floor. From the 19th floor you are able to adore the view of the Tokyo Tower and the Shimbashi station. On the 19th floor there is a gym and the meeting room and meeting room. The Shimbashi station is the central station which has many lines that runs from the station. From here you are able to visit many places. If you would like to go to different restaurants rather than the ones you have visited before, Please come to the front desk. We will be able to recommend it to you. The view differs to which room type you stay in. There are either the Tokyo tower and Shimbashi station side or the Imperal Palace, Hibiya parka and also Tokyo sky tree side. If you prefer to stay in higher floors we will sure to make the request come true. But due to the reservations, we make not be able to make the request of your be satisfied. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA
