The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. The bedroom area may be a bit small, but they have the most spacious bathroom I've ever seen that you won't feel being cramped. They prepared a surprise gift for my friend's birthday. The weather wasn't good that day but the lobby balcony seemed a very good area with a very nice city view of Ginza. The only downside I could say is that they didn't offer us breakfast option like, if they have buffet breakfast for a fee etc. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting central Tokyo.
Remarkable hotel when we visit Japan🥰 The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Parking is adequate. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was better than what I expected. Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Our sheets, towels and surfaces of desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during our stay.
Not enough words exist to describe how wonderful this hotel is. From the location (perfectly located in quiet/high end Ginza AND literally next to all train lines), to the staff (everyone is extremely friendly and was very easy to communicate), to the hotel finishes (high quality, large rooms). My husband and I stayed in a king room for 3 nights during our stay in Tokyo. The room was large with more than enough room. In room amenities (Nespresso, bathroom accessories, etc) were great. Location: we visited a different area around Tokyo each day and had no issues accessing any of the metro or JR lines as there are stations for both lines literally right outside your door. We preferred the Ginza area as it seems to be a quiet, less crowded part of the city to return to at the end of the day. Basically unlimited shopping and dining options within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.…
We stayed at this ideally situated hotel for two nights at the start of our trip to Japan, and one night at the end. It's in a great location and easy to walk to sights and subway stations. The rooms are comfortable, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast very good with fresh fruit and yogurt available and the Taittinger Bar is a lovely place to have a drink.
Recommended this hotel by my friend who travels often to Tokyo. In all it’s good for frequent travellers to Tokyo but not for new visitors Faves : new modern decor Lovely Lounge Classy and chic Comfy beds Grumps: No direct link to hotel from metro or train station Problematic if you have big luggages Limited Breakfast items No concierge Service eg booking of taxi or tours Young new staff not familiar with Tokyo
Friendly and Helpful. They will make a note and reminder for every customer who have a special request , so that they will provide the same service on your next visit .Moreover, the room keep in clean condition and safe. Good location and convenience.. We can make a booking through the Internet, Good training for the customer service with smiling faces .. The restaurant are good. No matter western food or Japanese food , both are good .
concierge service can be improve, try to asked concierge to book for MK taxi from Hotel to Haneda Airport, quotation from them is about JPY10,000 ++, but when we tried to contact MK taxi directly their charge only JPY6000++. So not sure is concierge give the wrong information or there is service charge apply.
We stayed here on our 24hr layover. The hotel was located in a convenient location - walking distance to train station, short taxi ride to the tuna market, Tsukiji market, and Imperial palace. There were several delicious restaurants nearby! Our hotel room had several amenities - everything from a comb to PJ's. We would definitely stay here again!
We arrived from Sydney on the direct Skyliner service from Narita airport, very convenient. We however did not find lifts at Asakusa station and had to lug our 30kg bags up 3 flights of stairs. The hotel does not have a huge sign, so need to look carefully for the entrance opposite the big gate to the temple. Our room was really superb for an inner city hotel, completely quiet, well heated, good bed and bathroom. Very few non Japanese during our 4 day stay, so not surprisingly only Japanese stations on the room TV. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is French with a Japanese twist, curry eggs Benedict is the prime example, and they do a very good onion soup. We enjoyed the roof top bar for the excellent views, but overall because of Sabin the superb barman.
Very nicely designed hotel and perfectly situated in Ginza. The rooms are beautifully designed with warm colors and queen size beds. Large bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor with a champagne lounge and a terrace overlooking Ginza. An executive lounge is situated on the 13th floor with yet another terrace and a bar. The breakfast is on the fourth floor and offers a la carte and buffet breakfast. The situation in Ginza is perfect for a walk to the Imperial Palace, Ginza shopping district and Tsukiji. A JR and several Metro stations are within 3 walking minutes.
