Great hotel, strategic location. Breakfast is delicious and It has two restaurants with outstanding cousine. Rooms are comfortable and with beautiful view. Close to everything. You can walk to Guinza for dine and shopping. Tokyo Central station just across the street.
Very sterile hotel- food was unimpressive and so were the rooms. And the rooms were very small- so for a longer stay not ideal. Location might be ok if you work nearby. Right next to the train station so convenient in that way.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and the facilities are decent. The best thing about the hotel is the location, actually. But for my upcoming trip I have actually cancelled my reservation here as I am fed up with the staff. They need more education and training - have had to contact them numerous times this week about the mistakes they made on my reservation and they just aren’t up to the level of customer service one would expect from a hotel in Japan of this price range. Phone manners are very poor and information is not forthcoming. Very disappointed.
The location is awesome, very convenient for travelers to link wherever you plan to go in Japan. There is nothing to complain but I will recommended you not to choose the room which is with the railway view, which is too noisy. Though I have stayed at top floor, still can’t have a very good nite sleep. The basic amenities of hotel has been thoughtful provided for their hotel guests, which is very good. A cozy, clean and convenient hotel where I would recommended for those business travelers in Tokyo, that would be more lovely if it is not that pricey.
A. Cleanliness: Room and bathroom were very clean B. Internet: Free and fast. C. Beds: Bed was big and comfortable D. Bathroom: not big, bug clean and working well E. Smell: nothing to report F. Breakfast: OK, but could have more choice on the buffet, not much Japanese specialty, not much a-la-carte either. G. Services (Room Service, Gym, etc…): Gym is very small; if you want to run, you’d better go for a run outside by the imperial garden. H. Check in/Check out: No issue Nice hotel, great location in front of the train station and very close to the imperial gardens. I found the room a bit overheated when I arrived, and since you can’t open the windows, I had to turn the A/C on, which is a bit weird in December…
Location and rooms are fine, but the service is inadequate: when i arrived, they said that my room was cancelled and that need to upgrade me and charge the difference. They later admitted i did not cancel the room. Hotel staff offered me complimentary room service to compensate for my trouble. When i was billed for the food later on, they said that only the still water was complimentary. Breakfast is mediocre. You can only pick one dish from the menu and there is limited choice on the buffet (almost no Japanese options). I would not come back.
The hotel is just in front of the Tokyo Train Station and is collected to a underground at B1 level. This makes it so convenient. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The lady staff helped me get a taxi by accompanying me all the way until I got on the taxi. The room is superior with fabulous view and comfortable bed. I am used to having neck pain and the pillow and bed are great and high quality overall. Coffee machine with capsules is available in room, lovely!! Breakfast has two options, Japanese style and western style with buffet. Great quality of food. I will definitely come back and stay here again!
Booked this hotel as my normal one was already fully booked. The location is good and I would return but only if my normal hotel was fully booked again. Staff were polite. The rooms are small but this is standard in Tokyo.
I like the hotel location very much. Rght opposite of the Tokyo Station. So it is easy for traveller to Narita Airport by Narita Express. The staffs are very friendly. However, the room is quite small especially the washroom. If a couple stays, there is not much space to out the things out from the toiletry bag. You should book the room with the breakfast. The western and Japanese breakfast are all very good.
Great hotel overlooking Tokyo Station. Celebrating its 15th year, so reasonably modern. Its in the main business district but dont let that put you off as plenty if dining/ drinking options nearby. its not the Four Seasons or Mandarin but its a step up from the typical (and good) premium business hotels around. This was my second stay. Room was a reasonable size without a view of the station. Nothing spectacular but ok. Price when I stayed Y34k a night. Was a busy weekend due to RWC. previous stay I was on station side. Room was more characterful and you can watch the trains come and go down below, but you will hear them - so if this is going to bother you avoid this side. Restaurant is excellent. Grill prides itself on its steak - justifiably so.
