Very convenient to reach many places, and the room is very clean and bright. Surely, it is very small as many Japanese hotels. The staff are very nice and provides many advices. If for a simple stay, it is a good choice and will have a great rest!
We stayed here on our travels for the rugby World Cup. Fantastic location a stones throw from Tokyo station. The room is small but perfect - everything you need - super comfortable bed, a desk and chair and a en-suite bathroom with a fantastic shower. You choose your own pillow which ensures you get one you like Breakfast was good - satisfying for both a vegetarian and a meat eater ! Great location Would stay here again
location is excellent next to Tokyo station for those connecting to shinkansen as well as the usual trains. rooms are small but that is normal in Tokyo. there is construction going on next door but the noise insulation is so good, you wouldn't hear it. staff are fantastic. free WiFi
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are comfortable. Our family came to see the sights. The rooms are the right size for a good nights sleep after running around all day. The family really enjoyed meeting Sakura. This hotel is an excellent place to stay.
The Super Hotel is perfect located at the Tokyo Station surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants. The rooms are clean and big enough the service outstanding! They even offer a Spa included. Breakfast is a mix of traditional Japanese and Western. Very good! A highlight are the fresh juices and juice mix. I fell home here!
Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were small but clean. The good thing here is you get to choose from several types of pillows. Location is near an exit to the Tokyo Station, however, do note that the exit has no escalators, and if you are coming with large luggages, be prepared to carry the luggage up about 30 steps. It was raining very heavily when we checked out, and when we asked reception to help get us a taxi, their response that we had to walk to the main road to hail one ourselves. We had 3 luggages, and the hotel expected us to walk to the main road about 200 metres away in the pouring rain to get a cab. The staff didn't even bother to lift a finger call or help flag a cab for us. The least one expected them to do was to take one of the many umbrellas that was available for loan to guests and walk out to the side street in front of the hotel (it takes 30 seconds!) to help flag down a cab, but all they did was stay at reception. We went out to the side street ourselves and finally managed to get a cab after 5 minutes in the rain. If you choose to stay here, do it for the location, but don't expect much in the way of service or assistance, especially when you are leaving.…
I booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to Tokyo Station. The room is clean and decent size. The staffs are friendly and helpful with a very cute robotic dog patrolling the lobby! Ample food option available in the vicinity. Walking distance to Marunochi and Ginza Metro Lines. Will be back again!
There was not an upper sheet at my bed. I guessed that it might had a mistake and asked the desk. The woman worker told me that we have never set an upper sheet. It was surprising because I have never had such like that. I borrowed a washed sheet and set that myself. The bedroom slippers are not disposable. I would like the hotel to focus attention on bed cloth instead of the robot dog at the entrance. The location and staffs’ attitude are greater than the price. Breakfast was not good and unreasonable for me!
At 3am, we were woken up by an alarm followed by hysterical Japanese tirade through the intercom. As non-Japanese speaking foreigners, we waited for the English version but there was none. The alarm continued and so we joined other worried foreigners in the lobby, clad in pyjamas and slippers. Reception was initially empty of staff but they soon appeared and apologised for the false alarm ("sorrrryyyyy no fire no fire"). No further explanation was or could be given as the staff spoke minimal English. At checkout the next morning, there was no apology nor recognition of the happenings the night before and certainly none for the interrupted sleep. When I pressed the staff for compensation, they consulted urgently in the back room and then provided a refund for the affected night's stay. Staff are well-meaning, eager, and polite. But they spoke almost no English which I felt was critical especially in the hospitality industry. Hotel rooms are small but scrupulously clean. Location is fantastic!…
I booked Superhotel premier yaesu for my stay in september 2019. The service was superb. The staff always ready to help and they speak english (not something easy to find in Japan). It has great amenities, including a public bath for men a women separatelly. They give you personal beauty package for each day of your stay. For me, the rooms were big enough for 2 persons with 2 baggages. We had complementary tea and coffee, so our mornings were covered. I would sincerelly recomend this great hotel to everyone who goes to Tokyo. I would certainly stay again here. Thanks to all the staff for making our first stay in Tokyo incredible!!
