i dont know what is your Qsn?
anyways... i'm guessing your asking if a Smoking Room is okay? The Daiwa Roynet is a good hotel, and they offer good service. Drop them a mail to indicate your preference for non-smoking room, altho yu've taken the smoking room initially. Tell them if by chance a last minute cancellation takes place prior to your arrival, you'd be appreciative if they can accomodate your preference.
And if nothing happens up to your arrival, then again ask upon check-in for a non-smoking room (might get lucky). And...if still no dice, then request the room be freshened up with air fresheners, so the stale smoke overhanging in the room gets reduced. And, tell them to do it daily, through your stay...
This is Japan : they are great at service and accomodating clients (ive done this exactly at a another hotel on a previous trip; having been in a similar situation).
if that wasnt what you wanted, then drop the Qsn here clearly, so i can attempt to offer assistance.
