Service was nice and polite. Onsen was great, though would be nicer in colder weather given the heat wave now. Facilities all automatic, clean and new. Kaiseki dinner was good as well. Near Kyoto station, next to APA and Big Camera.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 10 mins walk to the train station. The Japanese style room was clean and cozy. All the staffs were friendly. Unfortunately no breakfast included in the room. The hot spring was really fantastic!

No private onsen in the room. It is not a onsen resort. But The public bath is good. Try it.
