We stayed in this lovely private residence for 10 day, its very easy to sit by the pool and relax in the sun. It is also a very good location from which to explore Pulia, its not far to Ostuni a very pretty walled city with lots of history and plenty of places to eat. The coast is not far with nice resorts and marina's to visit and of course Alberobello with its amazing Trulli's.

This was a very good choice for our 4 night stay. Beautiful restored trulli immersed in the tranquillity of the Pulian countryside surrounded by old olive trees. We had 2 connected studios, which were big enough and good equipped with a small kitchenette. The property is well maintained and there is a nice swimming pool with a relaxing area. Secure parking inside the property. Extraordinary hospitality and typical cake and drinks upon arrival. Owners are very professional and polite. They know how to make guests feel at home. Fantastic!

We had a great holiday at this truly enchanting place, Residence Spadalunga. A little hidden treasure between the olivetrees of Puglia. Fabiana, Daniele and their familiy made us feell so welcome, They invited us on their farm for a traditional Puglian diner. We had a great evening with the other guests. The residence is centraly located between the most beautiful beaches and the must see places in Puglia. From here we visited Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Grottaglie and Lecce and the ionion beach at San Pietro. The rooms are not that big, but all the necessities that are needed are in the room. Including great and free Wi-Fi and airconditioning We wille highly recommend this beautiful place and we want to thank Fabiana, Daniele and their family for a really great stay at their little paradise…

Wonderful location in an olive grove surrounded by beautiful gardens and a most refreshing pool. Close drive to all the special towns of the area - but so nice to come back to each evening and enjoy the beauty of the gardens - BBQ available also as well as small but adequate cooking facilities for eating at home. The host family are very caring and generous and made us feel very welcomed - they are easily accessible if needed.

We had a lovely stay at Residence Spadalunga. Fabiana and her family were readily available to help with any issues - great communication. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves for most of our stay and really enjoyed the extremely well kept outside space. A car is 100% necessary to get anywhere but not far drive to the nearest town. The kids loved the pool. The trulli was small inside but plenty of storage, we managed to cook a couple of simple meals.

I agree with all of the positive reviews here. Beautifully restored, immaculately clean, gorgeous furnishings, wonderful outside areas, barbeque, romantic swimming pool, set way back off the road in the middle of an olive grove, easily driveable to umpteen gorgeous towns, villages, cities and the beach. And that's before I mention the welcome we got from Fabiana and her parents. This family deserve all the positive reviews. They are working so hard every day to make their residence a bit of paradise for their guests and they take immense pride in it. Rightly so. We will be back. Although part of me would like to keep this place a secret....!

I stayed 4 nights at this residence for researching the area. The location is very central allowing you to access all surrounding towns as well as relaxing in peace and quiet in a beautiful setting with a pool. The family that own and run this residence are extremely friendly and helpful. This is a new and clean residence with great attention to detail. Paul - Dubai

We are currently staying at Residence Spadalunga and I have to say the place is fantastic.From the lovely family who have made us so welcome(invited us to their nearby Masseria(farm) for Foccacia to the beautiful Accommodation in a Puglianese Trulli in a lovely area close by to some of the nicest places We have visited in Italy.Monopoli,Francaville,Ostuni,Lecce are just some of the beautiful places we have visited.I couldn't recommend Residence Spadalunga highly enough.The Trulli isn't massive,but in all honesty that is part of the charm.Cant wait to come back here again soon and don't want to rate it too highly as otherwise it'll be booked up and we'll be gutted if we cannot return.Fantastico 10/10

Using this superb residence as a base for working on our new holiday house in nearby francavilla between 22 April and 8th May. It provides immaculate accommodation beautifully restored by its current owners. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchen and bathroom, complete with air con and flat screen TV. It's worth noting each apartment is alarmed so you have complete peace of mind leaving things there. The owners provide a superb service, greeting you upon arrival and providing cakes and produce from their wonderful farm nearby. The service provided is the best I've experienced and now consider them good friends. Outside there is beautiful gardens with ample secure parking, and a wonderful new outdoor pool just completed this spring. If you require a peaceful and comfortable location in Salento that's reasonably close to most towns this is the place for you. Highly recommended. …

Located well back from the road behind beautiful gates lies this beautiful Trullo and lamia complex. Most towns are 30 minutes away, coast is 35 minutes as is Brindisi. Car is essential. Lovingly restored it provides first rate accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air con and heating mean any month of the year you will be comfortable. Accommodation is very clean and tidy with nice fixtures and fittings. Family run business who speak some English and really care for their guests wellbeing. They also have a farm down the road you can visit.
