What makes this wonderful place a special one is indeed the friendliness of the owner Marina and her family. You feel welcomed and looked after from the minute you arrive to when you leave and you feel so sad when it is time to go!!! This family run business will guide you through the best local organic foods really pleasing your taste buds. You can buy all the best local food in the nearby village and cook it by yourself using the outdoor kitchen equipped with the open charcoal fire oven available to the guests to use or you can taste wonderful specialities cooked for you instead starting from the tasty and healthy breakfasts. If you enjoy the challenge you can even take part to cookery classes and demonstrations organised by the owner and led by some local chefs who will come to deliver cookery classes in this wonderful place. Some nights you may be even amused by talented local musicians who will come to play catching traditional tunes almost to your doorsteps. Indeed the party is there if you wish! The private gardens and countryside all surrounding is beautiful and well looked after with many private corners with comfortable areas to lay down and chill out. There is even a small wood where you can rest in the shade when it is too hot anywhere else and there are many fruit trees with tasty fruits out of grab for you, a real heaven! This has been my experience of Acquamarina and I look forward to going back. I would highly recommend this place whether you are on your own, with your family and young children, with your hubby or with a group of friends.
