度假村离武陵源就是交通不太方便 如果能把交通方便搞好 去的客人肯定很多很多、按摩大师不错 服务员很热情、其它方面都非常满意

环境也很好，温泉也干净，房间很舒服，我是通过朋友预定的，我住的房间是标准单间大床房，性价比蛮好的，有早餐提供，有温泉，入住的人去泡温泉会比外面的人要便宜一些，收费蛮合理的。房间没有阳台，整个外在的环境比较安静一些，我觉得比较适合泡温泉。

酒店的服务态度非常好，那里的服务员都是很好的。那里的条件也非常好，那个地方娱乐的地方也非常好，有泡温泉，有舞厅有歌厅都很好。餐点都可以，口味也好，品种也多。房间价位也可以，酒店位于郊区，在江垭镇，但交通挺方便的，坐车打车都方便，我们是一家人去的，经常过去那边玩，那里挺好的，我们经常去那泡温泉。

房子住的跟三星的差不多，房间的装修还好，房间还可以，就一般的三星级，没有什么豁然开朗的感觉，整体的设施还可以，不是很旧，设施是三星的标准，有电视机呀温泉呀，电视机不是液晶的，是一大坨的那种，整体的服务还好，开房时候服务员的态度还好，没有不耐烦，酒店没有接待人员，就是前台，大厅小，就跟三星的酒店差不多，房间的隔音效果还好，蛮安静，卫生可以，最在意房间里厕所的卫生，他们做的还行，是我能接受的范围。

我是住的贵宾房，感觉还是蛮不错的，就是价格有一点贵，我们住的是1080块钱一天的.我感觉风景蛮好的，景观做的非常好。服务也蛮好的，我们住的房间有个专门的服务员，他呢是针对我们这个房间专门服务的。我感觉这家酒店不太好好找，我在长沙市内，我去那边要4个多小时。但是我们有导航，直接设定好，如果没有导航，就不好找了。酒店自身有餐厅，我在这里用过餐，感觉有一点贵，口味一般，还可以，也不是很差。

可以洗温泉，泉水的种类挺多的，好多个池子，他们有好多栋房子，过去也挺方便，都高速，下来不远就到了，停车场里面挺多的，挺大的，好几个停车场，温泉那块有，住的地方也有停车场。总体没有最早的酒店那有南方味道，不过比新建的好，因为新建的太豪华了，太清湛了，没什么区别了，它还是有点南方的味道的。它不是特别新，是后来别人租出去搞得酒店。他们有免费的早餐。卫生也挺好的。
