Luis is a good host and very helpful. Although, it would be nice to make a cup of thee in the evening, some watercooker and cups in the room. Also, I would not change the towels every day and save on that and would forsee a waterbooiler, some glases and cups and biothee. No plastic cups plse. Could be a little cleaner also but breakfast was fine and thx again for the fresh lemon!
Me and my wife spontaneously booked one night here on last April 2016. We had no reservation and everything was held by telephone. We arrived late (20h00). Upon arrival we mentioned that it was not very clear of how to reach the place due to the insuficient signalization available but we made it, the answer was unfrendly enough to make us feel not at home. The bed was nice and the room smelled like fresh. About the the Boho concept that they seem to call themselves: The furnitures are IKEA with ZERO charm; there are a few decoration pieces inside of the room that are also available on every corner shop next to your house. I dont see any connection to a bohemian lifestyle here. About the breakfast: having in mind the price that we were paying we felt comfortable about asking for a simple scrumbled egg. The answer was a resounding NO without showing any willingness to present a good service. At their website they say that "Travelling opens the mind», and it's from their own travels that Casa Boho was born". We highly recommend them to keep travelling! Very nice, quiet and peaceful B&B in the middle of the national park between Lisbon and Porto. Highly recommended if you're thinking of escaping from the noise and the cities. A lot of nice, local restaurants around suggested by the owner will be let you discover the real Portuguese kitchen. Go for it if you don't mind being in the middle of nowhere!
This was a very nice B&B: new, very clean, lovely breakfast and spacious rooms with an little terrace! The host was very friendly as well and recommended us a nice restaurant! He also gave us a little guide with some nice things to do in the neighbourhood. No remarks!
