We extended our stay here because we loved it so much. Mirissa itself and the main beach was quite hectic but at praneeth you could unwind and had a small private beach right out the front. It was lovely! The rooms are really nice with the best beds we've had so far in Sri Lanka (3weeks of travel!) and the...

We were a group of 4 people and stayed at Praneeth guest house for 3 nights in december. We had pleasant stay at parents guest house. The location of the guest house is good: it is a 5 minute tuktukride from mirissas main beach and shopping center, took 10-15 minutes by foot. The owner of praneeth guest house also has...

This place is very nice. There are nice paintings on the walls and you really are directly at the beach. You can see that there is much love in every detail. What my bad experience with this guest house makes my rating so bad is that the host was the unfriendliest person we came across in Sri lanka so far....

Awesome! Enjoyed it very much. Great location, friendly staff and good prices :) Breakfast was good, and the owner gave us good tips about Mirissa. The private beach on top of it is absolutely amazing ! In the evening you see and hear the local fishers;) C u again

This unique place is not the most luxurious - but is very laid back and on a beautiful almost private beach. The owners were very helpful and the place was a welcome change with lots of character after many standard places. We really enjoyed our stay here - we came in August - the sea was a little rough but...

We stayed for one night in this guesthouse which is by the sea. Great views of the ocean and very friendly and helpful family. Praneeth, the owner, will help book activities in and around mirissa e.g Secret Root Spa. He also took us in his tuk tuk to a snake farm and turtle rescue centre and then dropped us in...

We really loved our stay in the guest house. The owners looked after us throughout our stay. The breakfast is lush, a large platter of fresh fruit, toast and eggs and endless Ceylon tea. This is a perfect base to have in Mirissa.

Beautiful location right on a small and secluded beach. This is the only real reason to stay here, as the rooms are extremely basic, not overly clean and the owners are not overly friendly/helpful. I would recommend trying to stay in one of the three rooms with a balcony and sea view, otherwise you don't really benefit from the amazing...

Located a bit outside of 'city center' but with beautiful, small, private beach just in front of the window. The owner could be nicer. The rooms are small and the bathroom is a bit stinky but you have a private terrace. They organize a whale watching for a normal price

We've really enjoyed our time at the Praneeth. The rooms were large and comfortable, a nice balcony overlooking the ocean and a modern clean functioning bathroom. 5 min walk from the main beach, what more could you ask for. The owner is friendly enough, the wife and mother were fantastic and produced a lovely breakfast each morning. 7 nights B&B...
