It's is such a cool, relaxed place and our seafront room had its own small porch area overlooking the palmlined dining area and out onto the sea where the surfers ride the waves from dawn till dusk. The hotel style is 'colonial light' with mostly young staff are very sweet and welcoming. Our room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and...

We stayed at the palm villa in Mirissa at the end of our round trip. The rooms are very nice, but the restaurant and service at the Restaurant is very poor. The waiter don't understand one word english and at the end they bring you something different. WE can recommend the rooms, but the food is overpriced and low quality.

The place and rooms are amazing and beautiful. But the service! The waiters barely speak and understand English, the serving of orders takes much time, even 45 minutes to an hour. Lack of management and supervision. As Mirissa exploded to a tourist hotspot with respective prices my expectations are high as well. Please train and educate your staff accordingly!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Villa. The villa itself is really lovely. White painted building with cane furniture and a lovely outdoor seating area for meals which overlooks the very pretty beachfront. ROOMS The rooms are basic but really lovely. We stayed in both and A/C room and a non A/C room. The A/C rooms are further away...

We stayed for three nights in a ground floor garden room with sea views. The room was a decent size with a private patio area for relaxing. The bed was comfortable enough, although the jazzy mozzie net and hippy tie dye pillows cheapened the general look. The bathroom and shower area was clean but again plastic bin with random cartoon...
