Good mid-range option

This is a good mid-range option. Very central location on a side street and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Supermarket nearby too. Rooms are very basic but clean and spacious. Wifi was not too good. The family that run the hotel are pleasant and leave you to do as you please!

Good value for money!

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Mirissa. Specially if you are travelling with a limited budget. Rooms were very spacious and the location is just 100 meters from the beach. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Great stay and excellent property

Excellent stay. Located conveniently to the beach and restaurants. When the power goes out, they have a generator to keep everything comfortable. Specious room and big bed with good hot water, toiletries, and coffee and bottled water. Spotty internet and a little pricey on the laundry service keeps this one at a 4.5 for me - but highly recommend

Best breakfast fruit platter on earth

My King room with balcony had a real country cottage feel about it. Bed is super comfortable. The breakfast fruit platter is about the best I've ever had in all the countries I've visited. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Mirissa Beach Inn Is A Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed here for an entire month while visiting Sri Lanka. We had just traveled from Thailand, and found Mirissa Beach Inn to be a much needed home away from home after traveling for five months. The rooms are very spacious, all with balcony views! The location is perfect for walking all around Marissa, but also to the beach. It is a safe distance off the busy road which allowed for quiet and more privacy. The entire place is clean, and bright. The staff and family are incredibly welcoming, and helpful. We stayed during the Buddhist New Year and were invited to participate in the celebrations. My husband and I both work remotely and found the wifi to work great! The breakfast in the morning was wonderful with an entire plate of local fresh fruits! When we decide to come back to Sri Lanka we are staying here again- hands down the best place to stay in Mirissa Beach! Many, many thanks to Dhammika and his family, you are truly wonderful people! We will be missing you.…

Best kottu in Sri Lanka

Very welcoming staff,reasonably priced food even for someone backpacking, didn't take long for the food to come out and it was the best chicken kottu with cheese I've had out here, and not a single bone in sight which is usually common in chicken kottu

Highly recommend

Stayed here on our first night in Sri Lanka. Everyone was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was nice, cooked to order. Thanks for everything! 5min walk to the beach. 👍🏻👍🏻

Highly recommended

Great location near to the main town area and the beach. Modern and comfortable rooms with good WiFi and air conditioning. Hot water as required. Lovely breakfast. Friendly atmosphere with lovely management.

Beautiful rooms and exceptional service!

We stayed at the Mirissa Beach Inn in October 2018 during a trip all around Sri Lanka and it was by far our favorite place. The rooms are beautiful and clean, far better than anything else we had seen in the same price range. The best thing about this place though is Dhammika, the host. He and his family run the Inn and I cannot praise them highly enough. He was able to help us with activities, restaurants, and organising scooters. His service and hospitality was what made our stay so special and memorable, and what kept us in Mirissa longer than we planned to stay! Dhammika, thank you so much, we hope to see you again!

Great location lovely family!

Mirissa Beach Inn is in a wonderful location right next to the beach, shops and restaurants. The family is lovey and really helpful. The rooms are basic and clean and the beds are comfy. We had lots of yummy fruit for breakfast. I think the main draw is the lovely owners. Highly recommended.
