The hotel is well located between coconut tree hill and parrot rock just on the beach. We had a room with seaview and it was just beautiful and more then perfect to start our trip in Sri Lanka. It was a very spacious room and it was well cleaned. The breakfast is great aswell with egs how you like, a fruitplatter some bacon, vegetables.. and the hosts were just wonderful! Truly recommend!

We were a party of 7 staying in Feb 2022. Our hosts Honorine and Lalith, and their entire team went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible, nothing was too much trouble. Lalith cooked an amazing breakfast, starting with a beautiful presentation of fruit and a smoothie, followed by a cooked breakfast (the cheese omelette was delicious) I think Honorine's tea is possibly the best cup of tea I have ever had. The location was absolutely perfect, just at the end of Mirissa beach so nice and quiet, but only a short beach walk to the lively section.

Beachmirissa a cozy place with enjoyable see view. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are very comfortable. There is a pool. I really recomend this hotel. Especially, I want to say big thanks to staff of this hotel! They are very polite and professional.

The Beach Mirissa is a small Boutique property right in front of the Mirissa beach. All rooms face the ocean and have good amenities including AC, WIFI, hot water, tea/coffee making facilities, Satelite TV, bath amenities, hair dryer, and most importantly a king size bed with extremely comfortable bedding. There is a pool overlooking the ocean and has a kiddies section too. Plus some water toys and floats. Also has sun beds facing the ocean. The owners of the hotel directly run the place and are so hospitable and take care of the guests in a warm, caring and professional manner. From the time you enter the place the attentive and caring touch of Lalith and Joanne (husband and wife duo), and the warm and professional attitude of the rest of the staff, makes it feel like a safe haven, homely yet with a luxurious touch. I truly enjoyed my stay with my husband and 1.5 year old!. We spend the days enjoying the room amenities with restful sleep on the extremely comfortable beds, the home made breakfasts, the pool and the beach a few steps away. If you going to Mirissa, it's a must to stay in this hotel. Fresh, clean, spacious room with a nice balcony. Breakfast is excellent and if you lucky Lalith cooks you an amazing dinner. Staff really helpful and nice!

I stayed for 7 months and really enjoyed. The view is amazing, the rooms super comfortable, the food is delicious (best in Sri Lanka) and Lalith, Honorine and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Definetly coming back

We found this place by searching trip advisor. Never been before. The lovely couple Lalith and Honorine are ex cabin crew and so have stayed in many, many hotels and it shows! The attention to detail is second to none. Immaculately clean, bright and airy with a lovely spot right on the beach. All the furniture is absolutely gorgeous and is distressed style which makes the place so on trend and stylish. The bedrooms are beautiful with polished cement floor, white, bright and super stylish. With a beach view to die for. Beds super comfy with crisp white linen and an actual proper single bed for a child (unlike most places which have a rickety 'put me up' type 2nd bed). The owners have put their heart and soul into this lovely place and they are super helpful. There is a fab beach bar/restaurant with pool a few doors down on beach called 'petti petti' lovely place to hang out, eat, drink and chill. Please give beach Mirissa a try, you won't be disappointed. …

We have just returned home 23rd of March after staying here for 3 nights during the curfew for the Corona virus, words can discribe how helpful the owners are, these were difficult times and their help was amazing when other hotels were turning tourists away. Breakfast was delicious, the indian ocean is 50 yards away and warm, just to the left once on the beach we saw turtles swimming all day, great location for whale watching which was unfortunately closed, many thanks you 2 you saved us 😊😊😊😊😊

Stayed here with a pal for five nights. Great location just out of town. Owners of the Hotel lovely people and rooms and balconies excellent would definitely recommend this Hotel if you are visiting Mirissa.
