Visited on 26/12/16 with family and had the worse Stay ever as half of Stay didn't have electricity, despite some staff trying to assist it wasn't resolved. Breakfast was very ordinary and despite some request to provide more bread it wasn't served, honestly the worse Stay ever.

From the Time of arrival to departure, we faced many difficulties. Rooms were spacious but run down. We wanted a room with a private pool but the pool was very dirty and unusable. Pathways to the rooms were dirty and we had to ask them several times to clean. Very few staff were there and they tried their best to...

Stayed one night because we were in a pinch. Stayed in a "villa". On paper and at first looks nice but the AC did not work and the mosquito netting had good sized holes in it. Smelled bad: inadequate plumbing system in bathroom. If you like booze, beer, or mixers bring your own. The owner is muslim and will not...

Divya Lagoon was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at! When I showed up at the hotel with my family, they had no clue about our booking (even after I had paid Rs.25,000 in advance which was more than what they required). After I demanded for the rooms I had booked or my advance, they gave us 2 rooms about...

I booked three Villas for 2 nights in December 2016. Poorly maintained hotel. Poor service and bad food. They didn't have enough food for dinner still they charged. We had to request for room service. And they promised accommodation for our driver at staff quarters and later I got to know they have refused the driver to sleep in the...

I went to this place with lot of doubts in my mind because of the poor rating on Trip Advisor and other reviews. Sad but good to say most of the reviews are really true. My family and my friends family reserved the two pavilion suites which is on the upper floor of the restaurant. Rooms were large but not...

We went to Divyaa on 24th December for 2 nights with my family and in-laws. The location was good. But very poor service, and food was not great as well. Not worth for money. The place has a great potential, but guess there's no proper management or direction. Do not suggest this place...

We spent 3 nights this week. The staff including Mr. Leonard was friendly and as helpful as possible. However the owners need to invest in maintenance and upgrades before they can justify the current rates. For eg. hot water in general in short supply in both the showers and dishwashing station; the beach area was uninviting, the gazebo was a...
