Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a wonderful stay in this most well run & friendly Hotel. From the minute I rang to book until we checked out we were made feel so welcome. Very friendly staff. Very clean throughout the Hotel. Room was excellent everything you needed was available. The food was second to none. We had a lovely meal in the evening & the Breakfast was fresh again with all you needed. We will return back again when in the Wexford area.

On arrival, have to make a call *press 0* for receptionist, who is working elsewhere in hotel, wait 10mins. Absolutely no wifi signal. Heating not able to turn off despite many calls,(heard other people say same about heating) lock in bathroom broken, very basic room, no mini fridge to hold meds, no shelf in shower to hold shampoos.. No one at reception on check out, a collection of keys left on counter at check out. Food was lovely in the hotel.

As a solo traveller I feel totally cut off due to the absolute terrible wifi. The signal in this area is also really bad but in this day and age you would expect wi-fi to make up for that down fall. The room I am currently in is very dated, the regulator on the bathroom radiator is broken and just laying behind it. The badly positioned lights above the bed are a hazard, I have nearly hit my head off them several times. I really wish I had paid the extra to stay in town. So far it has taken 3hrs to connect to this site to post this review and it keeps cutting out.

The staff are amazing and everyone is very friendly. The walls in the room are very thin and I could hear every word from the room next to me. Including them throwing up at 3am after a heavy night. That being said, there was live music in the bar that night and I didn't hear a thing.

Lovely family hotel. Went with my husband and two young girls. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is really lovely - no notions at all, yet a high standard. Very clean place. Curracloe beach is near and very beautiful. Fully recommend.

Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Walls paper thin. Screaming child could be heard through the night. No one on front desk at any time. No toiletries, no kettle, no tea bags etc. 1 night stay before catching ferry. 30 minute drive to ferry terminal. Charged for breakfast but no staff around when we left at 7. Hotel doors were locked; had to exit via fire door.

stayed in this beautiful hotel on Saturday 9th July , reason why I stayed was because we were visiting relations few weeks before this and we spent most the weekend dining and having a few drinks in this beautiful spot , so we decided to actually stay here and come back for a night . Beautiful family runned hotel , very helpful and friendly staff . This hotel is in a great location , only 5 minutes walk from Curracloe village andbeautiful Curracloe beach is near enough too . The food & breakfast was delicious and seating area outside where you can eat and enjoy a few beverages and watch the world go by . Most Saturday & Sunday night's they have live music on . Would 100% highly recommend this great spot , good craic , good food and friendly staff and also the Locals too . Can't wait to return very soon . Big shout out to J.P and all the staff . from J.P Donegan , Co.Offaly . ( Heritage Hotel )
