What a beautiful place to stay. Such wonderfully restored buildings set against lush Irish countryside woth the sound of the river trickling in the background create the perfect environment for a weekend away. An open fire adds to the romance inside where all amenities are provided and there's even Irish breakfast in the fridge! I would definitely go back. The...

If I could give mill farm cottages a 6th star in the review I would. We spent a fabulous week in 'brook cottage'. All 3 houses are beautifully restored and maintained to the highest standards, and with play areas and a play room for the kids it makes a perfect getaway The cottages are located within a 20 min drive...

6 of us stayed here for a weekend whilst attending a wedding in the nearby Horetown House. We would all come back. We stayed in Brook Cottage which was clean and pretty with lovely views and all mod cons. Thank you for a delightful stay

My family stayed in the cottages in March as we were attending a wedding near by. From the minute we arrived we felt very welcomed by Catherine and Austin. The cottages are so lovely and cozy and the electric blankets in all the bedrooms really gives that extra touch. The views are amazing and the area for the kids to...

My family and I returned to Mill Farm Cottages in November and December 2015, after we stayed there in 2014 also. We were welcomed again by a roaring fire in the central fireplace and a chocolate cake in the cupboard! There are four donkeys on the property (Bertie, Balthazar, Rosie and Shrek) whom we could touch, if you're careful! They...

Having stayed here on a number of previous occasions I returned again and was made most welcome as always. The setting is just perfect for young children with donkeys hens and rabbits along with a nice outdoor play area. Foulksmills is a lovely little village and an excellent hub from which to visit numerous local attractions. The 3 cottages are...

Lovely people, lovely cottages, lovely environs. Catherine and Austin couldn't have been more helpful from the moment we booked the cottages. We stayed in July - 2 couples - 3 kids. The children had so much space to play in safely. Everything was spot on.. House was clean and comfortable. It was a real chance to get away from the madness...

We really enjoyed our stay at Brook Cottage, we were looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and relaxing to stay and we certainly found this at Mill Farm Cottages. We drove for four hours from County Down with our two kids and dog, found the cottages easily, and were delighted with the decor and hygiene. The living area in Brook Cottage...

My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed in one of the cottages here for two nights in June. I had self-planned a 'castles and cottages' tour of Ireland; Mill Farms being the 'cottage' portion of the tour. Though this place is hard to find on a map and you're not likely to run into many other tourists, it's...
