Karen and her husband were absolutely wonderful! Their hospitality was fantastic and made us feel at home. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful as we navigated a rental car exchange for a flat tire that subsequently made us very late for arrival/check-in. Karen’s breakfasts were delicious, the beds were super soft (our best sleep of the trip!), and the laid back atmosphere was so charming. We loved the location of this B&B to Slieve League, Benbulbin, Gleniff Horseshoe, Mullaghmore, and Knock Shrine. The morning walks along the Cloonagh Cliffs and sheep pastures was relaxing. Price was also very affordable. Would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful B&B in a stunning location right beside the ocean.Lovely spacious room with a side view over the fields and the sea.Very quiet area and just a short walk to the wild, rocky shore, covered in pink sea thrift. Good breakfast next morning with excellent smoked salmon, particularly good quality. Lots of interesting info available on the Wild Atlantic Way for perusing. Only a short drive from Drumcliff and Sligo town itself, though a world away from the town's bustle. Barely an hour's pleasant drive to Knock airport. Just the kind of B&B you love to arrive at after a long day.

B&B with waterfront views in a rural setting, ample parking, and great views. Peaceful and restful. No flight of steps to climb to get to your room. Clean and comfortable room and bed. The shower stall was smallish but serviceable with plenty of pressure and hot water. A delicious breakfast was served.

Charming location with a view of the ocean. Room was very clean, bathroom spacious with wash cloths available (this sounds obvious but in Europe it's seems they're hard to come by from my limited experience). Karen was exceptionally accommodating when we were late to check-in. Breakfast was delicious! For a special treat take a walk down the road from the B&B a bit and take a left to see stunning, lush, green cliff views at the shore. Was an unexpected highlight of the trip! Would definitely stay here again.

Magical and far too short of a stay! Everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the room and accommodations. We made the error of spending just one night. We would strongly encourage a stay of two or three nights minimum to truly appreciate the area and this splendid B&B. We will be jealous of everyone who gets to visit Cloonagh while we continue toiling away in Atlanta, saving for our next holiday!

Best made-to-order breakfast of our travels in Ireland. Order the pancakes! The location was remote, which would have been lovely except that we hit a bit of windy cold weather and couldn't enjoy the coastline. Karen was an accommodating host.

If you are looking for a stay away from the crowds and feel like you are among locals and part of the countryside, this is the perfect place. Throw in a spectacular ocean and bay view, literally steps away, as well as views of Benbulben Mountain and wow, what an amazing stay we had. Karen was such a friendly, welcoming host and served up some unbelievable breakfasts too. The property is immaculate, rooms are super comfortable and have the perfect mix of modern amenities with quaint charm. There are lots of great restaurants a short country drive away and close to a number of attractions and between Sligo and Donegal. Highly recommend Ocean Heights B&B and we will definitely be back! Thanks again Karen!
