Must say we thoroughly enjoyed our midweek break to the Moyvalley Hotel and golf course. Beautiful well maintained hotel with outside grounds meticulously managed to a extremely high standard. Room with unusually high ceilings was clinically clean and beautifully decorated. All staff including Management that we encountered were friendly and efficient. Special shoutout to Aoife on reception who could manage a mega city without fuss or issues. Not trying to complain but a little more choice at breakfast would be nice. Croissants, cold cuts,mini smoothies etc are more or less standard in most good standard 4* hotels and would benefit those who do not want a hot breakfast. Outside seating to the sunny front or sides of the hotel would give guests an outlet to enjoy the sunny days.We would consider this hotel to be a very good 4.5* premises and would certainly return in an instant. …

Situated in a beautiful location. Lovely big room and large ensuite. Dinner and breakfast was really good. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. I highly recommend it.

A nice property in a spledid location. The rooms were first class and the beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The breakfast was excellent . The dinner on the night if arrival was a challenge. The dining room was noisy with 'music' blaring from the loudspeakers, however this was turned down when requested. The temperature in the diningroom was unacceptably cold as the A/C was on. We complained as did another couple and we were both told that the open door was the cause. I saw another diner get up and stand beneath the A/C and he verified that indeed it was blasting out cold air. This was unfortunate. However it is something that might be rectified with some supervision.

Beautiful facility, excellent service throughout the resort. We stayed in a cottage and found the main living space pretty rundown. The water systems were strange to figure out. My adult children stayed in the hotel and said it was gorgeous. For a big family wedding it was the perfect location. Lots of options for spaces to visit. Great walking trail around the golf course. Excellent food in the Sundial restaurant.

Lovely hotel and golf course. Very friendly staff and comfortable bedroom. Food in bar upstairs was excellent and staff very helpful. Enjoyed the golf course which was in excellent condition and beside hotel.

Lovely room with everything you need.Bed comfortable bath and shower both available Hotels grounds are amazing and plenty walks . Close enough to Dublin if you have a car . Recently stayed for a family wedding...from start to finish everything was perfect, cannot be faulted in any way, shape or form. Staff on the day were highly professional, and although appearing younger, they all were more than capable of attending to everyone - a credit to the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and easily accessible. Breakfast next morning was plentiful, but my one observation would be that the toast making facility should really be reviewed as several people all crowded around it to wait their turn to make toast - a minor observation at that...everything else was flawless - highly recommend staying here if in the area.

My stay was for my best friend's sisters wedding. The rooms were amazing. Beds massive and bathrooms in great condition and so clean. The menu for both the wedding meal and regular meals were great quality and portions.

Very spacious and clean room. Only 2 regular teabags and no water provided but overall stay was pleasant. I did have difficulty with my room key after initial checking. I had to go to reception twice to get it sorted.

Attended a family wedding - beautiful hotel and the old house for the drinks reception, as was The Stone House where the ceremony took place. Staff were excellent, as was the food and facilities. We stayed in one of the cottages which was fabulous! Wish we had longer than one night to enjoy it.
