1st class from start to finish. Small, cosy hotel in a gorgeous part of Donegal. Visited numerous beaches during our stay & all were beautiful. Tried various items from the menu & all were delicious. Our stay was made even better by the excellent customer service shown by ALL staff at ALL times from before we even arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would def return 😀

We have just come back from Carey's,The Viking House Hotel in Kincasslagh. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Pauline herself and with that friendly welcome our stay just got better and better. The room itself was spotless and well attended by the staff. The food was top class, both breakfast and dinner. Andrea , Justine and Pauline are doing a mighty job and their warm personalities are hard to come by. For those looking for beautiful scenery, attentive staff with outstanding food....then look no further this place is a real gem We'll be coming back again Thanks to all the staff, we had a wonderful time Hillarie and Anna

Beautiful setting overlooking Cruit island with an amazing sunset as a bonus. Staff were very friendly & service was excellent. We stayed here after a day trip to Aranmore island. We had a great meal. Food & drink are well priced. Small homely hotel.

Just spent the last couple of nights in this absolutely charming Hotel waited on hand and foot by Pauline and her team.A pure delight with fantastic views out to sea and a 1 minute walk to the beach.the rooms where spotless with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom ,flat screen TV. Food was superb from the seafood chowder to steak and delicious breakfast cooked to perfection and so tasty.A fully stocked bar with creamy pints of Guinness that would make Arthur proud.i can't speak more highly of this hotel it is a hidden gem I'll definitely be back to see Pauline and her team. Also I flew from Dublin with aer lingus 70euro return and you land in what has been voted as the most scenic airport arrival in the world and it deserves that title all in all a fantastic hotel and best location for that quiet relaxing getaway.

We booked in here (very last minute) on a recent trip to Donegal, and we really enjoyed our too-brief stay. The hotel is small and isn't particularly fancy, but it is very reasonably priced and has a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable and we were so well looked after. It's obvious it is family-run which I think adds to the authentciity of the welcome. The food was delicious, and Zaria who looked after us was so friendly and chatty and is a credit to the place (she was also singing the praises of the owner which is lovely to hear!) Would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone exploring the gorgeous Donegal coastline.
