Very friendly and helpful Staff. Food is top notch and the rooms are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are used a lot by the locals which adds to a good atmosphere. Occasionally there is live music too. will be back.

Stayed here for a weekend and what a great choice. It has 12 rooms that we could see and we got number 9 at the front with sea view! Really good rooms warm and spacious with table and sofa. Breakfast was made to order and cooked fresh there and then with no messing around! Fine

We stayed for five nights and wished that we could have had a Viking House to go to in our other stops as well. Nothing compares to the Donegal welcome and the service we got on our stay at the Viking. I would like to thank everyone, including the chef who turned out better food

We had a lovely stay as part of a family occasion. From the warm welcome on arrival we enjoyed the fabulous views, cosy fires, dinner of a standard far beyond our expectations and convivial evening with live trad music to the hearty freshly cooked breakfast prior to departure.

Our first visit we were well impressed, especially with the lovely fire every day. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The room rooms were cosy and warm. Ben and Pauline and the rest of the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly be back.
