I had a lovely stay at the hotel all was excellent including the bar service , Rachael was the girl that served us she was particularly friendly and efficient , great location near shopping center I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again

When we organize workshops and seminars, we want to make sure that our customers will be pleased with everything. From the venue, to the talkings and trainings that are delivered, we want everyone to enjoy and take the most of every moment. That’s one of the reasons Crowne Plaza is our fist option to hold our events or accommodate our guests. The hotel has one of the best staff in Dublin and counts on the efficiency and professionalism of Kim, Claudia, Shauna, Nicole, Ben, Patrick in the c&b team. They just give you the confidence that your event will be a success. Julia and Daniel in Reservation are excellent professionals and ALWAYS willing to help in any situation regarding our bookings. Same with Nirmin in the front desk. The hotel looks beautiful and the toilets are kept spotless by Analyn and the team. The Crown Plaza were so helpful in making the business meetings run so smoothly, their attention to detail is outstanding and I will definitely be returning. All of the staff were extremely inviting especially Jen, Kim and Jonathan! Such professional and clearly experienced individuals, it was reassuring to know that they had everything organised.

I attended a first aid course last week in the hotel and a young lady abi was great with our lunch breaks which tasted rather good alot of sandwiches choices and she also helped with technical problems on the projector.

We had our daughter's Communion meal at the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown. The food was amazing, everyone complimented it and the girls assisting with the tables were fantastic, very attentive and nothing was a problem especially Vanessa, they are a credit to your hotel. The kids all loved the entertainer too, he was so good with them all. Kim who I booked it all with late last year was brilliant, gave me all the information I needed and followed up on any queries really promptly. We're looking forward to returning again to try out the restaurant. Best cheese cake I've ever eaten!!!

I had gone directly to my meetings from the airport and didn't get to the hotel till around lunctime. What I found on arrival was the smiling faces of the staff, I met Alessia, a lovely young lady with a huge smile and personailty who was going to give me the tour of the hotel, but due to my tight schedule that day it was not possible. My business associates and I had lunch at the Sanctury and Alessia was so very commodating. I had eaten there on my last trip and my only reservation was although it was a small menu for lunch it wasn't that exciting and only a couple of other choices were added for dinner. The new refurbed room was very comfy and spacious, nicely decorated. Although the lights had a malfunction but Eddy (Deputy manager) tried his best and rest assured found a solution a complimentry bottle of wine helped. :-) Overall my experience was amazing with such freindly and helpful staff from reception ( Sathish, Cristine to Karen the bar manager) to mention a few. I will defienately recommend the Crowne. The hotel has a beautiful theme of nature, the only off putting was the plastic plants :-) to which I did make a point to the lovely Carole Bryne at breakfast the next morning. Food good, Molly really helpful. Although she did say they were out of onion rings but then went and found some. 5* onion rings btw. Great hotel. Lots of light switches and the next room are banging like rabbits. Guinness is grand. Food decent. Breakfast is AMAZING including a frame of honey to chew on. Thanks for looking after us Molly in the bar.
