The hotel is in a very good location but the hotel itself is dated and needs bringing into the 21st century.

An old looking hotel that appears stuck in the 80s, complete with gym equipment so ancient I couldn’t figure out how to use it! Nevertheless the rooms are huge and very comfortable and service is excellent. Great location and value for money!

I did not have check in luggage so I took MRT train from Taoyuan airport to Taipei main MRT station. After a maze like underground system, I finally found a MRT line to the hotel. I was not in a hurry so it was kind of fun. But from hotel to Taoyuan airport I asked concierge to reserve a private transportation for me. It costs 1800 NTD is about $60.
